Your role

Do you want to work in a small, committed team where collaboration, support and development are in focus? We are now looking for a Logistic Specialist for Fighter Logistics within Gripen, Fighter Production.

With us, you will be part of a team that together ensures that the logistics in production run smoothly – every day. We work closely together and are an important link between warehouse and production. We solve problems together and drive improvements that make a real difference.

This is a role for those who like to be where things are happening in the business, close to the flows and together with colleagues make a real difference.

Focus areas in the role are to:

Work closely with production and be a key person in the team responsible for functioning logistics in the workshops

Collaborate closely with colleagues and other functions and create a large network of contacts in everyday life

Contribute to continuous improvement and development

Be part of an inclusive and supportive work environment

Your profile

For this role we are looking for a person who has experience in production or has an eye for logistics and a large production flow. To thrive in the role, you need to have a good ability to take your own responsibility and dare to take initiative. Teamwork and a desire to develop together with colleagues will be an important aspect of the role.

Collaboration between interfaces and with other actors will be a large part of the role and something that we see that you are keen to develop, that dialogue. Ultimately, the role also means that you are comfortable with following processes and working methods and that you are keen to see how these can be developed into a more efficient way of working.

Other knowledge that is meritorious:

Good knowledge of English

Good knowledge of the Office package
