We need a Head of Department - IT,

Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the organization's long-term technology vision and roadmap aligned with corporate strategy. •Advise executive leadership on technology investments, digital innovation, cybersecurity, and emerging industry trends. •Build technology capabilities that support future business growth, scalability, operational efficiency, and customer experience. •Drive continuous innovation through adoption of AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, Cloud, APIs, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies. •Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across customer channels, business operations, compliance, treasury, and support functions. •Drive modernization of enterprise applications and technology platforms. •Enhance customer experience across Branch, Mobile, Web, Kiosk, and digital ecosystems. •Champion agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement. •Oversee the successful execution of strategic IT programs and enterprise projects. •Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technology solutions while maintaining operational stability. •Establish robust governance, architecture standards, and software development best practices. •Lead enterprise application development and system integration initiatives. •Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of enterprise infrastructure. •Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, disaster recovery, business continuity, and capacity planning. •Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM), helpdesk operations, asset management, and production support. •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and internal governance policies. •Strengthen information security frameworks and operational resilience. •Collaborate with risk, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to maintain secure technology environments. •Lead API strategy and integration with banks, payment gateways, remittance partners, fintech platforms, AML systems, and third-party providers. •Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing integration architecture. •Build future leadership capabilities and succession plans. •Identify talent gaps and lead recruitment of world-class technology professionals. •Own the IT budget and technology investment strategy. •Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers. •Drive cost optimization while maintaining service excellence.

Major

: • Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or related field. • Professional certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, CISSP, AWS/Azure, or equivalent will be an advantage.

: • Demonstrated experience within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, or Remittance industries. • Proven success in leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, software engineering, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, API integration, IT governance, and infrastructure management. • Experience managing large, multicultural teams across multiple geographies.

Skills

We need a FinOps Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a FinOps Analyst to own the cost side of moving money: scheme fees, provider fees, corridor economics, and the reconciliation of what partners charge us against what they said they would. Payments companies live or die on basis points. You are the person who knows where every one of ours goes.

Pre launch, the fee models, the provider cost trackers, and the unit economics dashboards do not exist. You will build them, and the pricing decisions the CEO and CFO make will rest on your numbers.

What you will do:

• Own the cost map: Build and maintain the model of every fee UniqPay pays: scheme, provider, banking, and FX costs per corridor and method.

• Reconcile the invoices: Check every partner and provider invoice against contracted rates and actual volumes, and chase every discrepancy to resolution.

• Model the unit economics: Maintain per transaction and per corridor profitability views the leadership team can actually use.

• Support pricing: Give Finance and Commercial the cost floor for every pricing decision and renewal negotiation.

• Watch the trends: Flag fee changes, mix shifts, and cost creep before they show up in the monthly close.

• Automate the grind: Move fee reconciliation from spreadsheets toward repeatable, documented processes.

• Report to the CFO: Produce the monthly cost of payments pack with variances explained, not just displayed.

Who you are:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in financial analysis, payments finance, or FinOps, ideally inside a payments company, PSP, or bank.

• Domain knowledge: Real understanding of interchange, scheme fees, provider pricing structures, and settlement mechanics.

• Analytical skills: Strong with spreadsheets and structured query language, and able to build a model others can audit.

• Rigour: Reconciles to the cent and documents why, every time.

• Communication: Turns a fee schedule into a one page story the CEO can act on.

• Tools: Comfortable with business intelligence platforms and accounting systems.

• Education: A bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Bonus points if:

• You have found real money in a provider invoice reconciliation and clawed it back.

• You have built a unit economics model a leadership team used for pricing.

• You have worked with more than one acquiring or payout provider.

Where this role goes:

This role grows with the platform into a senior FinOps or payments finance remit: more corridors, more providers, and ownership of the cost strategy rather than just the cost record.

Job Summary
The Associate Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing Priority Banking and Personal Banking client relationships by understanding client needs and providing appropriate banking, wealth, and lending solutions. The role focuses on driving profitable portfolio growth through new client acquisition, relationship deepening, cross-selling, and delivering an exceptional client experience. The incumbent will also support service delivery by handling client requests, resolving queries, managing complaints, and supporting branch teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy – Relationship Management
Drive the Affluent Banking strategy by achieving Net Sales Revenue (NSR) targets while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and risk standards.
Build, manage, and deepen relationships with Priority and Personal Banking clients through proactive engagement and tailored financial solutions.
Increase client share of wallet by promoting Wealth Management (WM), retail banking, lending, and deposit products.
Provide regular portfolio reviews, financial guidance, and timely follow-up to support evolving client needs.
Strengthen relationships with clients and, where appropriate, their family members, advisers, and other key influencers.
Retain and grow high-value client portfolios while converting service recovery opportunities into long-term client loyalty.
Resolve client queries effectively and deliver outstanding customer service.
Business
Contribute to branch performance by achieving revenue and portfolio growth targets while meeting productivity and risk management requirements.
Processes
Adhere to approved sales, onboarding, client service, complaint resolution, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and operational processes to ensure consistent delivery and strong control standards.
People & Talent
Demonstrate and promote the Group’s values, culture, and valued behaviours.
Collaborate effectively with business, risk, and control partners.
Complete all mandatory learning and compliance requirements.
Risk Management
Operate within the Bank’s Operational Risk framework and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Maintain strong knowledge of banking products, retail operations, credit processes, audit requirements, and risk controls.
Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) standards.
Drive effective complaint management and minimise operational losses.
Escalate suspicious transactions in line with fraud and financial crime procedures.
Governance
Maintain awareness of the regulatory environment and governance standards applicable to the role.
Ensure client information is accessed, processed, and stored only with the required documented consent.
Support effective governance by working openly and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professional conduct in line with the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Support fair client outcomes, financial crime compliance, and responsible business practices.
Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risk, conduct, and compliance concerns.
