WSP is seeking a Graduate in Artificial Intelligence (Emirati National) to support AI-driven initiatives across projects and internal processes. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to apply AI solutions, improve efficiency, and contribute to WSP’s digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Audit – Assess how current processes are operating, identify areas for improvement, and propose initiatives aligned with your interests and areas of passion.

Research and Analysis – Conduct in-depth engineering research on the latest AI technologies and their applications in construction management.

Data Collection – Collect and analyse data from various sources to inform project decisions, AI integration strategies, and solve complex challenges.

Project Management – Assist in managing research projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.

AI Implementation – Work closely with technical teams to integrate AI solutions across all disciplines using Microsoft Azure Sandbox and related tools.

Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal and external, regional and global stakeholders to understand needs and ensure successful project outcomes.

Reporting – Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings, project progress, and AI adoption strategies.

Innovation – Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and performance through AI.

Team Collaboration – Work with multidisciplinary teams to improve new digital ways of working.

 

Qualifications

UAE National (with a valid Family Book).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.

MSc degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent (near graduation acceptable).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI technologies, data analysis tools, supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, deep learning, and programming languages such as Python or R; familiarity with Azure Sandbox.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively.

Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Passion for Innovation: A keen interest in leveraging AI to drive innovation in construction management.

Qualifications / Education / Experience / Training

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms. Strong understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, with experience in computer vision. Proficiency in Python and C/C++ is required. Experience working in Linux environments, including shell scripting, and familiarity with Git and Docker.

Develop software components based on defined requirements and design specifications. Analyze, debug, and resolve software issues on embedded devices and PC-based systems. The Role

As a Data & AI Transformation Architect, you will serve as a strategic advisor, consultant, and hands-on transformation leader. You will help define the future state of Damen's Data & AI landscape while ensuring practical execution and measurable business value.

You will work closely with business leaders, Data Owners, Data Stewards, Enterprise Architects, Data Engineers, Analysts, Governance teams, and operational stakeholders to establish scalable data foundations, promote AI adoption, strengthen governance, and improve data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role requires a balance between vision, stakeholder management, architecture expertise, and pragmatic delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Data & AI Transformation

Assess current Data & AI capabilities and identify maturity improvement opportunities

Define and execute practical transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities

Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders

Drive adoption of modern Data Management, Analytics, Governance, and AI practices

Promote data-driven culture across business functions

Shape Enterprise Data Architecture

Develop and mature enterprise-wide data architecture principles, standards, and frameworks

Further develop and operationalize the Enterprise Data Model

Align business objectives, governance practices, architecture standards, and technology investments

Support the evolution of Damen's Data & AI platform vision

Establish scalable approaches for data ownership, stewardship, quality, and lifecycle management

Deliver Business Value

Translate business challenges into practical Data & AI solutions

Identify and prioritize high-value use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes

Support responsible and value-driven adoption of AI capabilities

Enable operational efficiency, improved decision-making, and enhanced business performance through data

Drive Governance & Integration

Promote consistency and interoperability across enterprise platforms including SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Azure, and other strategic solutions

Embed governance, security, compliance, and data quality principles into practical implementations

Collaborate with Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and MDM communities

Drive standardization and reuse across business domains and systems

Influence & Build Capability

Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and stakeholder discussions

Coach leaders and teams on Data Governance, Data Management, and AI adoption

Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language

Build strong relationships across functions, cultures, and geographies

What We're Looking For

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Management, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines

Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Data & AI transformation programs

Experience within manufacturing, marine, shipbuilding, offshore, construction, engineering, energy, utilities, or similar asset-intensive industries

Demonstrated success in improving organizational data maturity and business adoption

Experience combining strategic consulting with practical hands-on implementation

Experience working within complex international organizations

NVIDIA is seeking an expert OEM Enterprise Manager to foster development within the OEM ecosystem in the United Arab Emirates, based in Dubai. This role requires close collaboration with NVIDIA executive leadership, Alliances & OEM teams, channel organizations, marketing, solution architects, and regional sales teams to accelerate enterprise revenue growth across the UAE market.

The ideal candidate combines strong business leadership, enterprise channel expertise, and the credibility to engage effectively with senior executives and C-level collaborators across the region.

What you'll be doing

Drive enterprise business growth across the UAE, including enablement, training, pipeline development, and channel execution.

Work closely with OEMs to manage funnel development, pipeline progression, and revenue performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Engage and lead enterprise and channel teams within partner organizations, implementing strategic programs in collaboration with OEM collaborators and NVIDIA channel teams.

Partner with NVIDIA global OEM and channel teams to align and complete worldwide initiatives within the region.

Enable OEM enterprise teams to optimally position and sell NVIDIA platforms, solutions, and technologies.

Develop and complete go-to-market strategies aligned with NVIDIA’s key initiatives and OEM priorities across the enterprise portfolio, including both hardware and software solutions.

Collaborate across the broader ecosystem by connecting original equipment manufacturers, distribution partners, and NVIDIA internal collaborators to strengthen execution and business outcomes.

Maintain accurate forecasting, business reporting, and pipeline transparency across the region.

What we need to see

8+ years of enterprise OEM sales and channel experience within the AI industry, ideally within the UAE or broader Middle East market.

Bachelors Degree within a relevant area or equivalent experience in practice.

Shown success driving business management, partner engagement, enablement programs, and sales execution within OEM environments.

Strong understanding of the UAE enterprise and channel ecosystem, including experience working with leading OEMs, channel partners, and enterprise customers.

Ability to lead a sophisticated partner ecosystem, build positive relationships, and position NVIDIA enterprise solutions optimally throughout the region ion.

Ability to balance operational execution with long-term strategic priorities.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and transfer knowledge effectively across technical and business audiences.

Self-motivated, execution-focused, and highly collaborative, with strong energy and passion for the business.

If the CV is not made as per the RULES of the ATS, the information will get messed up in the database. In the image below, 'PMP' has gone into the 'Mobile Number' column. The Mobile Number '052 1234567' has gone into the 'Main Skill' column.

So a recruiter searching for a candidate with PMP certification, will never find this person, in spite of his 'CV information' existing in the database...
