Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Admin Specialist to support business operations through accurate data processing, record management, and administrative assistance. This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy organised workflows, maintaining accurate information, and contributing to efficient business processes.

The successful candidate will manage digital records, verify information, update databases, and assist with administrative activities that support daily operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and productivity in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and platforms.

Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Perform regular data verification and quality control checks.

Organise and maintain electronic files, records, and documentation.

Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and administrative summaries when required.

Support document management and administrative processes.

Identify and correct data discrepancies promptly.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Follow established procedures to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Opportunity

This position works out of Dammam location in Core Diagnostic Division.

We’re empowering smarter medical and economic decision-making to help transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.

Job Responsibilities:

Primary contact to provide customers with assay, application, operator, system and instrument support and troubleshooting by phone or e-mail using our remote diagnostic tools Responsible for effective telephonic troubleshooting with customers as well as Field Service personnel concerning reagent and instrument problems. Responsible for dispatching calls requiring Field Service visit, scheduling and following up Primary contact for customer requests related to CRLB products, customer agreements etc. Succession of this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), support key performance indicator, service capacity and phone resolution rates.

Troubleshooting Initial telephonic contact with customers to determine analyzer, operator, application or reagent problems Performs telephonic troubleshooting with customer to reach possible resolution of issue. Dispatches FSE to customer if telephonic troubleshooting was unable to resolve customer issue or site repair is the first option of the reported issue / instrument error code. Provides in field application support and troubleshooting for the respective region.

Field Personnel Dispatching Priorities field service calls recognize and resolve resource availability situations with the skillful management of the utilization and logical deployment of FSEs to improve the levels of customer service Collaborates with the FSEs to close all service calls timeously in order to meet Divisional requirements Follows up on critical service calls for feedback on customer satisfaction levels.

Medical Events Evaluates all customer calls according to Medical Event reporting process to identify Potential Reportable Events (pREs) and forwards all relevant data, if applicable to Medical Event Group in US On request of Medical Event Group provides additional information for reportability decisions. Reports any death or serious injury to the Medical Event Group in US by phone or emails without any delay.

Documentation & Reporting Reports incidents and critical issues directly to Call Centre Manager Each customer contact will be logged in CMS Next Call Management System and evaluated and coded according to the Call Registration process outlined in LU-CAPA-REG leaning unit. On request Product Quality provides additional information required for complaint investigation. Communicates complaint investigation results to customer and provides customer’s feedback to Quality and management. Who are You: Education & Skills B.Sc. Degree in Medical Technology or Biomedical Engineering 0-2 Work Experience in related field to Medical Laboratory Diagnostics Fluent/Native Proficiency in writing, reading and speaking English & Arabic Ability to work independently, demonstrate problem solving skills and ability to escalate when necessary High Problem Solving & Troubleshooting skills Basic computer skills e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint Basic IT / Networking Knowledge Strong Telephone & Communication skills.

Background Knowledge of the diagnostic market especially Immunology & Clinical Chemistry Products Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting IVDs and Biologics Understands scientific terminology and literature Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff Enthusiastic team player «Can Do» attitude with strong interpersonal relations and personal adaptability Excellent time management and organization skills Proprietary and confidential – do not distribute Has great attention to detail and accuracy in what they do and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's / Biomedical Engineer or laboratories

Licenses
Saudi Council of Engineers / SCE or Saudi Commission for health specialties/ SCHS.

Senior Sales Engineer - META Region, Remote, UAE

What You’ll Do

Achieve mastery of all Axon technologies / products

Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to lead business and technical presentations effectively

Have technical conversations with IT departments, including CIOs, as well as channel partner leadership and technical stakeholders

Set and manage expectations with customers and team members

Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle for opportunities

Remain organized and focused on removing sales obstacles through creativity and adaptation to rapidly changes circumstances

Develop relationships with key partners for growth within their customer base

Effectively position the technology against competitive offerings

Be responsible for representing the products, company values, and brand to customers and at field events such as industry and user conferences, tech summits, etc.

Take ownership of the POC/Pilot process: Coordinate logistics across all stakeholders, assess customer requirements/objectives, and tailor POC tests and findings, accordingly, assist prospects with initial configuration and orientation

Where possible, improve or develop technical documentation to ease understanding and customer or channel usage of our products and services

Capture requested features and provide feedback to Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering and Marketing teams

Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Professional Services necessary for binding quote

Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What You Bring

Willingness to travel;

Fluent English and Arabic, French is a plus;

Assist Sales with presentations and analysis to enlarge customer portfolio;

Training new employees;

Document translation & verification for new products Axon brings to the market

Assist Sales Executives in commercial offer documentation

Educational background:

Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent field), or 5+ years relevant experience.

Professional background:

4+ years customer facing pre-sales or consulting background required

3+ years of experience with public procurement in META

Experience selling SaaS based solutions

Experience in End User Compute or Cloud Computing preferred

Experience in networking, storage, virtualization, or related technologies

Must have intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach;

Strong Technical Writing skills to provide professional responses to customer RFPs / RFIs

Basic knowledge or curiosity of security, IPsec, InfoSec, hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and storage devices.

Ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision making while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort.

Strong presentation skills and presence, technical acumen, ability to simplify the complex, ability to work cross-functionally.

Experience developing Statements of Work (SOW) or similar documents

Intermediate knowledge of routing and switching methodologies, telecommunications, and Internet technologies.

Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies

Network and Telecommunication-specific professional certifications, such as but not limited to: CCNA, CCNP, ComTIA Network+, WCNA, etc..

Experience with Law Enforcement technology solutions and public procurement is a plus
