We need a Key Account Manager Fleet - Central Region,

Decline in demand led to price competition and pressure on margins

Activités

Conducts business activities with the highest level of professionalism by complete adherence to the HSE Policy and Code of Conduct as implemented by the company.

Ensures achievement of annual targets by:

Strengthening the position with existing customers through relationship building across stakeholders

Developing customer portfolio by going through the sales process to open new accounts with signed contracts when possible

Analyzing customer requirements and ordering patterns to provide stock availability

Introducing differentiated product lines that will add value to the business of customers

Meeting customer stakeholders on a periodic basis to review account statements, invoices submitted, update payment status and get confirmation on all necessary company requirements

Coordinates with internal teams regarding technical, financial, supply & logistical requirements and concerns of the customers and takes the lead in implementing solutions to address these.

Initiates the Capital Expenditure request and approval process based on customer requirements and company policy.

Day-to-day use of Sales CRM (SALSA) to update business activities, plan customer calls, and collaborate with internal teams to manage achievement of targets.

Job Requirement :

Education::Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or Business
Experience:1-6 years’ experience in Lubricants industry/Sales field
Skills/Attribute:

High levelof selling, negotiation and relationship building skills
Language Skills: English (Fluent),Arabic(advantage)

The Business Development Account Executive supports the BD team across the commercial cycle, assisting with client engagement, opportunity tracking, proposal preparation, and business development activities. We need a Sales Coordinator - Project Sales,

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team by assisting with inter-department coordination, supporting the team with day-to-day sales transactions, and providing information when required to ensure that customers’ needs are met, and the department achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The position is based in Jeddah and reports to the Area Sales Manager - Projects.

Responsibilities:

Provide administration and support to the sales team by assisting with daily related Project & Retail sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids, and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results.
Support sales staff by following up on DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) collection so that Jotun’s liquidity remains balanced.
Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.
Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively.
Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer inquiries, etc., and assist in updating the system price

Qualification:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Support function.
Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
