Summary:

As a Director of Revenue, you will be responsible to oversee the development and implementation of revenue strategies to increase the company's profitability and drive sustainable growth.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana Resort!

Job Responsibility:

- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue streams

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue opportunities

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize pricing strategies

- Analyze revenue data and make recommendations to improve revenue performance

- Lead a team of revenue professionals and provide guidance and support to achieve revenue targets

- Present revenue reports and recommendations to senior management

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred

- Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or related fields

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Experience in the hospitality, travel, or related industries is a plus

Scovai is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a leading manufacturing and industrial group headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are seeking an exceptional and commercially minded Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the Executive Leadership Team during a critical phase of business transformation, restructuring, operational optimization, and long-term value creation. This role extends significantly beyond traditional finance leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will lead the company’s financial transformation agenda, strengthen lender and investor confidence, optimize capital structure, improve profitability and cash flow, and support strategic growth initiatives across a diversified group operating across multiple business units and markets.

Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, shareholders, lenders, regulators, and external stakeholders, the Group CFO will serve as a trusted strategic partner in driving business turnaround, portfolio optimization, operational excellence, and sustainable shareholder value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO and Board to develop and execute restructuring and transformation strategies, acting as a strategic advisor on performance, growth, and capital allocation.

• Lead all financial aspects of restructuring, turnaround initiatives, liquidity improvement, and working capital optimization programs.

• Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and margin enhancement initiatives across manufacturing operations and supply chain functions.

• Negotiate with banks, lenders, and financial institutions; manage refinancing, covenant compliance, debt restructuring, and capital optimization.

• Support capital market transactions including IPO readiness, equity fundraising, and rights issues while ensuring robust corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee all accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, budgeting, planning, and financial reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Lead cash preservation, liquidity management, and rigorous cash forecasting processes to optimize return on invested capital.

• Serve as the primary financial interface with banks, investors, auditors, and advisors, building credibility and supporting investor relations.

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance organization, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Experience leading large-scale manufacturing or industrial turnaround and restructuring initiatives

Expertise in MENA cross-border capital markets, syndicated debt, and lender negotiations

Proven track record in group-wide digital finance transformation and ERP modernization

Strategic M&A integration or portfolio optimization experience across diversified business units

Advanced knowledge of UAE/GCC regulatory compliance and ESG reporting frameworks

Nice to have

• Experience leading financial turnarounds or restructuring in complex manufacturing or industrial conglomerates
• Deep familiarity with GCC regulatory frameworks, banking relationships, and cross-border capital markets
• Proven track record in implementing digital finance transformations, including ERP modernization and advanced financial analytics
• Expertise in structuring and negotiating complex debt facilities, equity raises, or M&A transactions to optimize capital structure
• Cross-cultural executive leadership experience managing multi-national business units and diverse stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

Your Role:

Working within a new office environment, you will help to execute a robust training program for new staff.

Work closely with the Client Integration team and operations teams in the onboarding of a large, complex strategic client

Work directly with key functional teams, located both onshore and offshore, to ensure optimal client delivery.

Manage a team of fund accountants by providing ongoing training and support to ensure team/individual goals/objectives are met.

Provide on-going coaching and feedback to team.

Ensure employees are engaged, motivated and developed to maintain high quality work that proactively exceeds client expectations.

Through excellent problem solving skills, you will continually seek to improve the quality and productivity of internal processes and controls

Participate in performance management conversations.

Prepare a monthly reporting package for your clients.

Review monthly financial statements and reconciliation packages prepared by the staff.

Act as a liaison with the client on matters relating to the preparation of the monthly reporting package.

Applies strong business knowledge and technical expertise to develop and recommend solutions to complex problems.

Review daily/monthly operational/control reporting.

Assist with ad hoc projects.

Prepare responses to the client on any number of issues and queries which they are requesting from time to time.

Review administrative/accounting procedures and recommend solutions in order to work towards a more efficient NAV production process.

Participate in strategic departmental and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

About You:

University degree in accounting, finance, economics; or professional accounting designation (CGA, CMA, CA, CPA, CFA)

Experience in financial services industry, particularly with hedge funds and/or investment companies

Extensive Supervisory and Managerial experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Outlook Demonstrated financial reporting / analytical / organizational skills

Proven ability to work in a challenging, professional and deadline driven work environment.

Experience in Fund of Fund structures, preferably with exposure to private equity and hedge fund investments

Strong understanding of the transaction and investment cycle of private equity funds

Accountant - Accounts Payable, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner by processing payments and control expenses. 

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

•    Assist in handling accounts payable activities, accounts payable accruals, and month-end reconciliation to ensure timely payment of invoices as per agreed terms and conditions.

•    Document all historical records and expenditures in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS, and International Accounting Standards (IAS)

•    Verify expense reports and prepare paychecks for Management approval. 

•    Track suppliers' accounts, invoices, purchase orders, and claim the authorized approval to generate timely and accurate payments to suppliers.

•    Support the processing of payment vouchers, petty cash, and contingent, contracting, and employment liabilities.

•    Prepare monthly payroll report reflecting analysis of accounts whenever required. 

•    Conduct reconciliation of Accounts at GL level, employee advances, and loan accounts.

•    Handle personal and company pension contributions for UAE national employees.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Master's degree is a plus

•    CPA, CMA, ACCA will be an added advantage

Specialist Accounting Emirati Talent - Project Based

The Specialist – Accounting is responsible for providing accounting and financial support to contract operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, compliance with accounting standards, and effective coordination with suppliers, logistics, and customers. The role supports the full accounting cycle for the projects and other assigned contracts, including documentation, reporting, reconciliation, and financial analysis in line with company procedures and audit requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

Record, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices, GRNs, and service entries in SAP.

Support the preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as part of month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations for management review and client submission.

Monitor cost allocations, advances, and payment schedules to ensure timely disbursement and accurate reporting.

Ensure compliance with VAT, customs, and other regulatory financial requirements related to shipments and services.

Follow up on the issuance of Duty Exemption and Customs Clearance Certificates for international shipments to prevent additional storage or demurrage costs.

Prepare and process contract-related certificates (e.g., Goods Receipt Vouchers, Receiving Certificates, Acceptance Certificates) and ensure timely acknowledgment by relevant parties.

Ensure all terms and conditions of the contract are met in compliance with company accounting policies.

Support daily accounting operations related to projects and service contracts, including processing invoices, tracking deliveries, and verifying financial documentation.

Coordinate and follow up on the delivery of spare parts and related services as per contract specifications and timelines.

Track the progress of shipments and service schedules, ensuring timely delivery and proper cost allocation.

Communicate with suppliers, logistics providers, and end users to resolve delivery or billing discrepancies.

Prepare and maintain contract-related documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, service reports, and correspondence.

Serve as the main point of contact for accounting and contract-related financial inquiries.

Utilize SAP and supply chain modules to manage financial transactions and documentation effectively.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and contract records with proper backup and secure data storage.

Support internal and external audit requirements by providing documentation and reconciliation details as requested.

 

Experience & Qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5 years of accounting experience, ideally in finance, contracts, defense, or logistics.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office.

Strong analytical and financial reconciliation skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Effective communication and coordination across functions.

Strong time management and accountability in task execution.

Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.
