Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Intern to join our team at Rize. This internship is designed for recent fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in legal research, contract review, and compliance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about corporate law, legal documentation, and regulatory requirements.

What will you be doing?

  • Assist in legal research on regulations, contracts, and corporate policies.

  • Support the review and drafting of legal documents and agreements.

  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.

  • Collaborate with the legal team to provide insights on various legal matters.

  • Assist in monitoring regulatory updates and potential legal risks.

You're a perfect match if you have

  • A recent graduate in Law or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of Najiz and legal principles, contracts, and corporate law.

  • Interest in legal research, compliance, and contract review.

  • Willingness to learn and develop legal expertise.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in Arabic; English is a plus.

About the Role


The CVM & Retention Expert is responsible for executing customer value management and retention initiatives that enhance customer engagement, strengthen loyalty, maximize customer value, and minimize churn. The role supports the development and execution of targeted campaigns, customer lifecycle activities, retention programs, and personalized offers by analyzing customer data and behavior. Working closely with the Products & Services, Customer Experience, Sales, Digital, and Customer Care teams, the role ensures effective execution of CVM initiatives while continuously monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

What We Need From You


  • Develop and implement customer base management activities across all customer segments to enhance revenue, improve retention, and reduce churn.

  • Execute the CVM plan and support the achievement of revenue targets from the existing customer base.

  • Analyze customer data, usage patterns, and behavior to identify customer value enhancement opportunities.

  • Support customer segmentation activities to enable targeted retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.

  • Monitor customer churn trends and recommend proactive retention actions.

  • Design, implement, execute, and monitor BTL campaigns across multiple channels, including digital channels.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance and effectiveness.

  • Support the development and execution of churn management activities, including proactive and reactive retention initiatives.

  • Work closely with the Customer Experience and Digital teams to support customer journey improvements.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and loyalty.

  • Implement personalized communication activities for different customer segments.

  • Support contract renewal and customer locking initiatives.

  • Work closely with Sales, Tele-sales, and Customer Care teams to execute upselling, cross-selling, and retention initiatives.

  • Support sales channels through incentives, push activities, and training to ensure successful execution of the CVM plan.

  • Ensure CVM activities complement overall marketing launches and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Prepare campaign performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education


  • Bachelor's degree in law, economics, engineering or business equivalent.

  • Masters degree preferred.

  • 8-10 years of experience in Telecom or a related industry with exposure to Customer Value Management, customer retention, or customer lifecycle management.

  • Experience in executing customer retention campaigns, customer segmentation activities, and personalized marketing initiatives.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer engagement and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Skills and Knowledge


  • In-depth knowledge of telecom CVM practices, customer segmentation, churn management, and retention strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and generate actionable insights.

  • Knowledge of campaign management tools, CMS platforms, and BI/Analytics tools.

  • Understanding of sales channel dynamics and customer targeting practices.

  • Knowledge of marketing planning, proposition management, and operating plans.

  • Ability to develop commercial business cases.

  • Strong communication, presentation, reporting, and negotiation skills.

  • Market knowledge and customer-centric mindset.

PARA LEGAL, Bahrain

We need a PARA LEGAL,

JOB PURPOSE:


  • Provide paralegal and administrative support across the Gulf Air Group, with a primary focus on the Gulf Air (airline) workstream, and provide direct support to the Legal Engineer on legal data, tooling and process work. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the role assists with document preparation, contract administration, legal research, maintenance of the Group's legal registers, and coordination of legal activities. The role works flexibly across the team - supporting Group and airport matters and cross-covering for colleagues when needed - reflecting a collaborative, one-team approach rather than rigid portfolios.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Paralegal Support

  • Provide paralegal and administrative support to the Gulf Air legal workstream - document preparation, filing, contract administration and basic legal research.

  • Provide primary-secondary cover across customer and HR litigation / claims administration.

Support to the Legal Engineer - Data, Tooling & Registers

  • Support the Legal Engineer with legal data, tooling and process work, including maintaining and improving the litigation & disputes register, the contract registry, trackers and dashboards.

  • Help keep legal data clean and consistent (counterparty and status hygiene) so reporting is reliable.

Documents, Records & Coordination

  • Maintain legal databases, registers and filing systems (physical and electronic), with proper version control and archiving.

  • Coordinate signing, execution and record-keeping of legal documents, and track deadlines and action items.

Cross-Group Support

  • Cross-cover and assist colleagues across the airline, airport and Group as needed, in a flexible, one-team way.

Compliance

  • Follow all, risk, compliance, and Code of Conduct requirements when performing daily duties.

  • Complete all mandatory compliance and safety training within the required timelines.

  • Report suspected misconduct, policy violations, or regulatory concerns through approved channels.

Risk and Information Security

  • Protect business information at all time and adhere to information security procedures.

  • Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or suspected information-security breaches immediately.

  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation relevant to assigned duties.

Safety (Gulf Air)

  • Follow the SMS policy and procedures.

  • Report hazards/unsafe conditions promptly.

  • Report incidents/near-misses immediately.

  • Use PPE and safe practices.

  • Keep required safety records accurate.

  • Follow Business Case / command center instructions when activated.

Safety (Bahrain Airport Company)

  • Comply with SMS safety procedures and guidelines.

  • Identify and report hazards, unsafe conditions and incidents promptly.

  • Use appropriate PPE and support a positive safety culture through responsible behaviour.

Business Continuity

  • Understand assigned BC responsibilities and follow organizational continuity plans.

  • Participate in all required BC drills, simulations, and training.

  • Remain reachable/on-call and report to work if required during Business Continuity or command center activation.

  • Notify management before international travel to support continuity planning.

EDUCATION:


  • Bachelor's degree in law, or an equivalent major in the related field.

EXPERIENCE:


  • 0-2 years experience in a legal support, paralegal or legal-administration role.

Applicant Tracking System or "ATS", is the software that 'READS' your CV and stores this information in a database. Like this:
