We need a Service Field Manager,
Join TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L as a Service Field Manager based in our Manama office, where you'll lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-tier elevator services and maintenance solutions. This pivotal role involves coordinating field operations to ensure exceptional service quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction within the Service Field (SER Fld) organizational unit.
About the Role:
As a Service Field Manager, you will be overseeing a team of skilled technicians and service professionals, managing complex service projects, and optimizing field activities. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, efficient resource allocation, and proactive troubleshooting in alignment with company standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the service field team to maintain high levels of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement comprehensive service plans that align with client requirements and company objectives.
- Ensure that all maintenance and repair services are executed efficiently, complying with regulatory standards and TK Elevator quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, internal departments, and suppliers to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Analyze field operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to enhance efficiency.
- Manage scheduling and deployment of field resources to optimize workload and responsiveness.
- Provide technical guidance and support to personnel, encouraging continuous professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor health and safety policies, promoting a culture of safety in all field operations.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Proven experience in field service management or a related leadership role, preferably within the elevator or building services industry.
- Strong understanding of technical service processes, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and engage clients.
- Ability to analyze complex operational challenges and provide strategic solutions.
- Proficient in using service management software and standard office applications.
