Description

Al Borg Diagnostics is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients, managing inquiries, and supporting the efficient operation of our diagnostic centers.

As a Customer Care Officer, you will be an essential point of contact for customers, ensuring their interactions with Al Borg Diagnostics are positive and professional. You will assist in managing appointments, handling customer feedback, and supporting administrative tasks to maintain smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries.

Manage customer calls with courteous and professional communication.

Register patients and create job orders in the laboratory system, facilitating smooth sample collection and testing processes.

Deliver test results to customers, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Handle customer complaints and feedback, directing concerns to appropriate departments and following up as necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area and waiting rooms.

Support billing processes by issuing bills and receipts upon payment.

Assist in collecting customer satisfaction data and conducting follow-up calls when required.

Provide administrative assistance, including documentation and report preparation.

Adhere to all relevant health regulations and company policies.

Train new reception staff as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma in Health Management, Medical Records, Medical Laboratories, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous experience in customer service or healthcare-related roles is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with empathy.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus.

Competent in using computer systems and office software.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Summary

Main responsibilities:

Customer Service Advisor is a primary point of contact for Tenants at Alternative Assets buildings.

Key job responsibilities to include:

- Attend to all tenant requests personally or through the phone

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and engaged communication model

- Well presented in terms of manners, dress, turnout and client attitude.

- Identify and assess client needs holistically at point of contact & deliver delightful experiences

- Collect customer feedback on the quality of services

- Inputing all tenant requests into Propco for proper action by concerned department.

- Generate leasing leads at point of contact based on assessment of client needs.

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools & process

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels.

- Collaborating with other Alternative Assets departments to enhance customer services and brand awareness.

- Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about new offers.

- Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints

- Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.

- Thinking of ways to show appreciation for loyal clients and improving overall brand experience

Description

The main duty of a Customer Care Unit Officer is to respond to communication inquiries / complaints raised by members, providers, brokers, and payers as per the standard procedures. The incumbent is also responsible to ensure that all cases are responded within predetermined time scales and are dealt with the highest standards of customer service. The CCU Officer will also document details of all cases and actions taken, in order to make further follow-ups and corrective action as required. The CCU Officer will correspond with Care Center Management accordingly and comply to provide a customer-oriented service at all times.

Key responsibilities/What you do:

Closely coordinate with Payers, Providers and Members by providing quality actions and resolutions to their concerns and queries.

Proactively handle complaints at the earliest.

Follow communication/update expectations with clients, in accordance with NEXtCARE policies, scheme or agreed time frames set.

Answer inbound Emails as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries

Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company

Provide personalized customer service of the highest level

Update the existing database with changes and the status of each existing/prospective customer/member

Document details of all conversation and actions taken.

Correspond with Care Centre Management and keep an open channel of communication.

Maintaining records and close-loop each call by completing the clerical duties which includes faxing, filling up paperwork, doing checks on credit references, as well as liaising with other departments

Analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions within the permitted scope of work.

Efficiently adjudicate pre-approval claims that exceed the standard Turnaround Time (TAT) to ensure timely resolution.

Issue Guarantee of Payment (GOP) documents as required to facilitate seamless service delivery.

AI READINESS Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

Key requirements/What you bring:

Bachelors Degree ; Medical background (Medical, Paramedical)

2+ years experience in a Call Centre/ Customer Service environment, TPA Hospitals or Medical Centers exposure a plus.

Physically fit to carry out duties.

Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.

Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.

Excellent customer service and support skills.

Excellent Arabic & English language skills
