Executive - Customer Service, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description

As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for Executive – Customer Service in our Mall Management team with Al Ghurair Property Management. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you’ll do?

 

Professional handling and addressing of internal & external stakeholder queries (phone, face to face or via e-mail) with appropriate responses in-line with the organizational standards, messages, procedures and guidelines is mandatory.
Handling customer complaint independently and deciding on the right course of action to be taken when the time or the situation does not permit to consult further.
Maintaining an orderly and professional image through the customer service desk, appropriate conduct and sustained reactions are required skills for this position.
Ensuring complementary mall operation specific are under control and operating as expected such as in-mall music, general mall odor, smoke detection, common areas lighting and general attributes of mall presentation.
Attracts potential customers by responding to enquirers; suggesting information about other retailers and services.
Data entry, account opening, recording of complaints. 
Resolves retail or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Supports when requested by event suppliers on site during live shows & arranging support from internal department and ensure smooth flow of events and activities.
Presentability, punctuality, adequate knowledge are key to a CSO's success on the job and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.

 
Who you are?


 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration / real estate or relevant field is preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Service domain.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
This role is meant for an Emirati talent only.

Job Description:
At Mars, our brands are part of everyday life for millions of people. We are looking for a Customer Development Representative who can translate that brand strength into results at the point of sale. This is a field based commercial role for someone who is energised by being in store, close to customers, and directly responsible for how our products perform on the shelf.

About the Role
You will manage a Key Account and take ownership of their commercial growth. Your focus will be on securing new listings, improving how our products are presented in store, and consistently meeting the sales and market share goals set for your accounts.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Delivering the core in store standards that define great retail execution, including product availability, share of shelf, planogram compliance, point of sale materials, and promotional activations.
Using market data and customer understanding to grow both sales volume and market share within your accounts.
Partnering with internal teams such as Customer Marketing and CCSL, while managing day to day relationships with Account Head Offices, Store Managers, and Merchandisers.
Contributing to a collaborative team environment where associates share knowledge and support each other to succeed.

What We Are Looking For

  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a comparable discipline.
  • Between one and three years of sales experience, ideally gained in FMCG or retail.
  • Confident sales, communication, and negotiation abilities, with the commercial instinct to spot and act on opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the UAE retail landscape, which would be a distinct advantage.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Senior Customer Experience Consultant, Doha, Qatar

We need a Senior Customer Experience Consultant,

Job Description
  • Onboard new customer on standard processes and digital platform, establishing strong foundation for long term partnership. Person will be responsible to Improve Customer Experience and Drive Operational Excellence.
  • Align and coordinate with multiple external and internal stakeholders on customer specific requirements with Internal Operating Procedure (IOP) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as outputs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling daily communication and providing timely, accurate information.
  • Execute transactional activities based on agreed IOP and SOP with the customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end shipment cycle through fostering cross-functional collaboration for a seamless customer experience
  • Coordinate closely with the Global CX Consultant and the network of CX Consultants across other locations for a consistent service delivery
  • Address pre-defined (routine) exceptions independently either directly and /or by navigating through the Maersk network.
  • Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency and ease of doing business with Maersk.
  • Manage first level of operational escalations and non-routine exceptions, including establishing contingency plans to mitigate impact.
  • Proactively provide insights to customers on potential service disruptions and work with them in developing business continuity or recovery plans.
  • Facilitate regular monthly business reviews with customers to discuss performance and align on future plans and priorities

Enable Growth

  • Perform upselling and cross-selling by tapping low-hanging opportunities and offering customers solutions that match immediate needs.
  • Reinforce contract fulfillment through regular customer check-ins and collaborating with Sales/Product to improve contract fulfillment ratio.

Value-Enhancing

  • Collaborate with customers on strategic projects and initiatives that deliver immediate to near-term tangible business outcomes.

Accountable for:

  • Driving customer satisfaction and achieving customer-specific KPI and SLA pertinent to locally managed business.
  • Delivering operational excellence to provide seamless customer experience while maximizing individual productivity
  • Supporting growth by tapping opportunities for additional revenue streams and following up on customer contract fulfilment
  • Creating additional value for customers by partnering on initiatives aimed at achieving their business objectives

  • Customer Satisfaction i.e. Net Promoter Score
  • Customer-felt KPI/SLAs
  • Process specific KPI/SLAs
  • Service Package Compliance
  • Productivity
  • Upselling/Cross Selling
  • Volume Conversion/Contract Fulfillment
  • Value-Enhancing Business Impact

Key competencies:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience. Ownership, Customer Orientation (Advanced)
  • Effective Communication, Data Savvy (Proficient).
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Product knowledge in Lead Logistics, Landside/First mile, Depots & Customs

Qatar (Regional) Experience is mandatory.
