Pricing Manager, MENA, Dubai, UAE

Job description

We are looking for a Pricing Manager, MENA who will play a pivotal part in shaping the strategic pricing initiatives and driving business analysis excellence. In this role, you will oversee operational pricing, standardize processes, and leverage impactful analytics to optimize value and efficiency across the organization. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure accurate pricing execution, improve processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and profitability.

What You Will Do

Facilitate annual strategic price increases, including impact analysis and system updates, while supporting pricing integrations for newly acquired businesses

Act as pricing business partner to an assigned EEMEA division, leading monthly price performance reviews and providing strategic support on key pricing decisions, initiatives, and governance

Track and analyze price performance across the portfolio, ensuring the team is informed of trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Take ownership of monthly pricing calls to align teams, share insights, and guide strategic pricing decisions

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support pricing discussions for important tenders and deals by providing data-driven pricing analysis, market intelligence, and product value positioning

Conduct market analyses to identify trends, providing insights through tools like Power BI and Excel

Continuously evaluate and improve pricing tools and workflows to increase efficiency and standardization

Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance for divisional SKUs, customer-specific price lists, and pricing adjustments

Educate and mentor sales teams on pricing strategies and processes to foster collaboration and drive better pricing outcomes

Maintain SOX controls to ensure adherence to financial regulations and standard procedures

What You Will Need

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management

Demonstrated success in leading pricing strategy and influencing commercial teams

Strong proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis skills

Full professional proficiency in English

Preferred:

8+ years of experience in pricing management

Experience with ERP systems and Power BI

Prior experience in the medical device industry

Full professional proficiency in Arabic is a nice to have

Previous experience in strategic pricing or change management projects

Prepare thorough presentations and proposals for prospective merchants
Handle the sales process and act as the main point of contact for merchants and partners

We are looking for a Senior Expert Active Directory Administration with strong experience in managing enterprise AD infrastructure and hybrid identity environments.

6+ Years of relevant experience in Active Directory Administration and Identity Management.
Strong expertise in Active Directory Administration
Hands-on experience with GPO management, AD replication, and troubleshooting
Experience in hybrid identity and Azure AD integration
Good understanding of AD security, authentication, and access management
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
Manage DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Kerberos, GPOs, and Organizational Units (OUs)
Handle user accounts, security groups, service accounts, and delegation models
Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication, authentication, DNS, GPO, and trust relationship issues
Implement AD security best practices and identity governance controls
Support hybrid identity integration with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, ADFS, and identity synchronization

Description:

Shall provide support to the USFOR-G and supported unit Collection Management Division.
Responsible for coordinating all ISR collection requirements and ensuring all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the CJOA.
Shall travel (ground/air), when required, throughout the CJOA, IOT accomplish support activities.
Coordinate all ISR collection requirements.
Identify intelligence gaps and produce collection requirements.
Assign priority intelligence requirements to collection platforms and produce an All-Source Intelligence collection plan.
Shall communicate with higher and lower echelon units and disseminate collection plans.
Ensure all intelligence data is properly disseminated throughout the CJOA, publish reports, and disseminate via email and post on appropriate websites when required.
Monitor for, validate, and distribute new collection requirements when required.
Shall develop new training tools; ad hoc/anticipated deliverables include training plan, training tools, and updated TTPs when required (CDRL A019).
Answer intelligence-related RFIs.
De-conflict or collaborate on theater HUMINT requirements.
Give presentations and briefings when required.

Job Requirements:

Experience and education:

Bachelor's Degree OR at least six years of direct relevant experience.
Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications
Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (including PowerPoint) and intelligence related automation
Knowledge and familiarity of systems such as Falconview and C2PC
Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. Coliseum) mission applications
Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.)
Strong writing and briefing skills
Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team
Capable of effective communication

Security Clearance:

Security clearance required TS/SCI

Location:

Bahrain.
