C++ Trading Engineer – Prop Trading Firm – Dubai, UAE – Greenfield Low-Latency Platform

Comp: USD $100k – 200k base DOE

Build something new from the ground up.

We’re partnering with a high-performing trading team embarking on an ambitious greenfield project – developing a next-generation, low-latency trading platform that connects directly to global exchanges across equities, derivatives, and commodities.

They’re looking for C++ Trading Engineers (varying levels of experience) who thrive on solving complex engineering problems and want to shape a new system from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build ultra-low-latency, event-driven systems in C++ and Python.
• Develop exchange connectivity to leading markets including NSE, BSE, MCX, CME, and Gift City.
• Work on parallel programming, concurrency, and real-time data processing.
• test-driven development and performance tuning to deliver clean, high-quality code.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on a brand-new trading platform – no legacy systems, no red tape.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in modern C++ and a solid grasp of Python.
• Deep understanding of low-latency design, multithreading, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with FIX protocol or building connectivity to financial exchanges.
• Excellent troubleshooting and profiling skills for real-time systems.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with trading concepts, order flow, and market data structures.
