Inside Sales Representative – New Business

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive business growth by proactively identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients.

You will develop a strong understanding of each client’s needs, recommend tailored solutions, and guide opportunities through to close. If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and consistently aim to exceed targets, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

Research, identify, and qualify new leads using our database and market insights.
Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls and clearly communicate the value of our solutions.
Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable listing packages available on propertyfinder.ae.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio and confidently present and demonstrate our offerings.
Apply a consultative sales approach by researching clients, presenting compelling value propositions, addressing objections, recommending effective solutions, and establishing clear next steps.
Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up with prospects, identify key decision-makers, and deliver a personalized sales experience.
Negotiate contracts effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
Use internal data and insights to refine your sales approach and improve performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
Guide new clients through onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field.
Two to three years of experience in an outbound call centre, inside sales, or a related sales role.
Strong listening, communication, and consultative selling skills.
Proven ability in financial negotiation, objection handling, competitive positioning, and problem-solving.
Excellent telephone manner and cold-calling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer-service skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Fluency in English is required; native Arabic proficiency is preferred.

With the strategic rapid growth of our luxury brands in Qatar at IHG Hotels and Resorts, we are looking for a Telephone Operator with luxury and lifestyle brand hotel experiences to join our team in Doha.

Just a stone’s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.

Your role will be included but not limited to:

Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
Records and controls accurately wake up calls
Pages guests in co-operation with concerned departments
Assists guests with international calls and directory queries
Calls guests by name whenever possible
Pages staff member when requested
Abides by principles of guest privacy
Handles guests' needs or requests and reports complaints to the Supervisor
Report on logbook daily
Aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers
Advises defects on switchboard equipment to Supervisor
Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly
Maintains detailed knowledge of the Hotel's fire, life and safety system
Maintain Hotel Information
Provide secretarial services for guests
Efficient in the use of all business center equipment
Handle complaints promptly and follow up thoroughly on action taken
Promote in house service and facilities
Update airline schedules and guides the guest whenever requested
Ensure cleanliness of work area and clean your work area prior to departing
Report daily activities in logbook

Required Skills:

Able to read, write and communicate in English
Good communication skills
At least 1 year of similar experience in a hotel industry

Salary Range: AED 4,500 to 6,000 (subject to experience) with additional benefits

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university
1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Call center training or experience is preferred
Must be bilingual (speaks English and Arabic fluently)

Skills / Training / Knowledge

Very high degree of independence, responsibility, and judgment
Maintains a professional image and relationships with faculty/students and all stakeholders
Must maintain confidentiality
Effectively resolves daily matters independently
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic

Respond to inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring each interaction is positive and solution-focused.

Investigate, research, and resolve issues through the computer systems, ensuring accurate and efficient solutions.

Appropriately transfer calls to relevant departments or staff when necessary, ensuring a seamless experience.

Ensure that unresolved issues are followed up in a timely manner until fully resolved, keeping callers informed throughout the process.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, including call logs, reports, and resolutions.

Recognize recurring issues and provide insights to supervisors on potential improvements or common concerns.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the smooth operation of the call center and university initiatives.
