About the Role:
Are you ready to lead fashion and image operations that bring a premium brand to life across every colleague touchpoint?

This role is central to the end-to-end delivery of fashion, image and fashion operations across uniformed colleagues. It ensures a consistent brand presentation, smooth service delivery and strong operational readiness.

A core part of the role is overseeing daily fashion and image activity, including image checks, fittings, uniform issuance, exchanges and service center operations. The position also supports onboarding, refresher briefings and colleague guidance on presentation standards and uniform processes.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role coordinates alterations, replacements, laundry support and issue resolution. It also maintains stock visibility and helps protect continuity of service through timely escalation and stakeholder alignment.

Another important focus is reporting, governance and continuous improvement. This includes maintaining accurate trackers, reviewing compliance findings, identifying recurring issues and driving corrective actions that strengthen service efficiency and colleague confidence.

The position calls for clear coaching, professional feedback and strong cross-functional collaboration to uphold image standards and support a polished colleague experience. Success in this role helps ensure our brand identity is reflected consistently, confidently and professionally across the operation.

This is a high-impact leadership role where your operational discipline and brand eye will shape a polished, consistent image across every uniformed touchpoint.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in fashion operations, uniform operations, image consulting, grooming standards, service center management, or a related operational environment.
You will bring strong operational management across fittings, issuance, exchanges, alterations, stock coordination and reporting, supported by leadership, coaching, stakeholder management and sharp attention to detail.
Success in this role depends on clear communication, sound judgment, customer focus, strong MS Office capability and the ability to drive high standards in a fast-paced start-up environment.

As a Gucci Store Manager, you will lead and support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an unsurpassed service culture. You will perform with high integrity in operation, loss prevention compliance, human resources management, as well as in visual merchandising presentation. You will be a dynamic and inspiring leader who has a strong background in relationship building skills, with both external and internal clients. As the Store Manager, you will represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the market place.

Key Accountabilities

Business Leader

  • Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitably.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided and annual mystery shop goals are met;
  • Manage and support stock levels through direct communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling, maintaining a high sell through as well as alignment with new product launches;
  • Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates to ensure the team is fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy by partnering with the appropriate internal departments for product support;
  • Communicates company set KPI’s and identifies strategies to ensure performance standards are met;
  • Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment;
  • Lead the team to consistently establish relationships and propose local events through continuous; networking and support product launches that promote high client attendance and strong sales results
  • Proactively follow current fashion trends, industry news, technology and analyze key competitors in the market.
Performance and Talent Management

  • Conduct monthly coaching/counseling sessions with associates to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback. Oversee annual review process for all store employees and set annual employee goals;
  • Identify and create action plans and build development plans for all employees;
  • Attract, recruit, and retain a high performing team. Build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive shopping;
  • Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires;
  • Manage the allocation of staff resources and scheduling to effectively drive sales and ensure customer service;
  • Partner with Human Resource for all employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
Client Development

  • Manage the achievement of business objectives, by utilizing a top client strategy to retain and develop high potential clients;
  • Promote brand awareness, establish market/store presence, and capture competitive market share through community outreach and company sponsored events;
  • Lead the team on executing superior customer service and after sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty;
  • Ensure the development, implementation and execution of company CRM initiatives by providing action plans to the team;
  • Capture meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities. Monitor monthly CRM database reporting.
Operations

  • Recap monthly store performance, reporting current business trend to cover every aspect of the business, as well as, competitor performance;
  • Monitor store expenses and maintain store operating budget while aiming to reduce overall cost. Ensure timely submission of accounts payable invoices and cash disbursement polices;
  • Comply with all Loss Prevention quarterly self-audits, monthly cycle counts, incident reporting and monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure annual inventory shrinkage is below company target;
  • Provide accurate monthly schedules by analyzing peak hours to ensure adequate floor coverage and timely submission of payroll records for all employees;
  • Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by the WW headquarters;
  • Maintain full organization of company assets per the back of house and front of house guidelines provided by headquarters;
  • Responsible for ensuring an effective staff schedule according to the traffic trends;
  • Maintain the borrow log and consignment program to be current and adhere with company policy and procedures.
Who you are

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service related industry;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred;
  • Advanced English and Arabic
  • Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business;
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • Industry awareness and strong business acumen;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills;
  • Passion for the Fashion Industry;
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit;

WHOOP is seeking a Retail Lead to support the launch and lead day-to-day operations of WHOOP Qatar, an experiential performance center, research lab, and store located in the heart of Msheireb.


This individual will play a critical role in bringing the WHOOP retail vision to life in Qatar, overseeing the successful opening of the store, building and leading a high-performing team, and delivering a premium, data-driven member experience. The Retail Lead will ensure operational excellence across extended hours (12 hours per day, 7 days per week), drive membership and retail performance, and uphold the brand standards expected of a world-class performance destination. This role reports directly to the Director, WHOOP Qatar.


This role is based in Doha, Qatar. We will only consider candidates who currently live in Doha.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end launch of WHOOP Qatar’s retail experience, ensuring flawless execution across store buildout, merchandising, systems, staffing, and experiential programming.

  • Manage daily retail operations for a 12-hour/day, 7-day/week schedule, maintaining exceptional standards of service, organization, and operational excellence.

  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule Research Associates to support both retail and experiential functions, fostering a high-performance, member-centric team culture.

  • Drive revenue growth through the sale of WHOOP memberships, accessories, apparel, and the signature WHOOP Your Way experience, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Uphold premium brand standards across visual merchandising, store presentation, inventory management, and member engagement.

  • Partner cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand, marketing, and operational strategies.

  • Partner with Creative and Brand Departments on sustaining of regular fixture improvements and changes.

  • Maintain rigorous attention to detail across reporting, scheduling, compliance, and operational processes to ensure a seamless member experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of retail management experience, including launching and operating high-end retail stores or experiential environments.

  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands, with a strong understanding of elevated service standards and clienteling.

  • Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and leading teams in high-traffic, extended-hours retail environments.

  • Proven ability to execute store launches or major retail activations with exceptional organization and attention to detail.

  • Strong operational acumen, including inventory management, scheduling, sales performance tracking, and KPI accountability.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and represent WHOOP in a premium retail setting.

  • Proficiency in Arabic preferred.

  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
