A high-growth organization is looking to hire a General Manager – FMCG to lead its operations in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on scaling the business, strengthening distribution, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies aligned with regional growth plans

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration across KSA

Oversee end-to-end operations including sales, marketing, and supply chain

Expand distribution channels and strengthen presence in modern trade

Identify new business opportunities and product expansion strategies

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management

Ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks

Build and lead a strong leadership team within the Kingdom

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

20–25 years of experience in the FMCG industry

Minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role within KSA or GCC

Strong understanding of the Saudi market dynamics and distribution landscape

Demonstrated success in scaling operations and managing P&L

Arabic language capability is advantageous

Job Summary

Management of all Margarine operations in line with production plan within budgeted cost, ensuring quality as per defined standards

Roles & Responsibilities

Execute production & Delivery of as per Production schedule in co-ordination with department.
Monitor & improve machine output, efficiency including OEE for his shift by making sure availability of all resources and fixing all operational constraints.
Ensure implementation of daily maintenance of equipment’s by operators/Mechanics and release machines for preventive maintenance and Minimize Breakdown.
Optimum material utilization by reducing process wastes during start up, shut down and in process through implementation of TPM (OEE, KAIZEN and 5S).
Periodically review performance of Operators with the objective of improving performance and building greater result orientation and self-motivated TEAM.
Strict adherence to process quality standards to reduce market complaints.
Ensure implementation of quality management system, GMP, Safety standards, TPM and hygiene standards.
Extend Support to Project activities related to improvements and cost reduction.
Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.

Are you a self-starter with a passion for e-commerce, looking to expand your retail skillset and shaping the way the biggest brands work with Amazon?

Sounds great. What will I be working on?

As Brand Specialist, you will be part of the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) team, which provides a suite of services designed to help Amazon's most strategic brands working across all key areas of retail business. You will work with vendors supplying the top brands on Amazon, acting as the main point of contact for them. Your priority will be to work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow your brands and improve their performance. You will do this while facilitating great business relationships and ensuring vendors' satisfaction with the service.

Key responsibilities as a Brand Specialist are:

• Own the relationship end-to-end with top brands

• Partner internally with key retail functions to contribute to the definition of priorities and operational goals according to the brands' needs

• Partner with our Media Team to ensure best-in-class event execution

• Define joint business plans and assist in delivering impact for the brands you support directly

• Regularly audit metrics to continually drive quality of the AVS experience and deliver targets

• Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation within the AVS across MENA

Brand Specialists work on a variety of tasks for the brands they support, typically falling within the five focus areas. These include but are not limited to:

• Business Advice: Providing business advice based on deep financial analysis and reporting, to identify areas of opportunities

• Selection: Helping grow the selection of products by managing the launch of new products and improving product discoverability

• Availability: Support driving process improvement and operational excellence within our vendor community by reducing costs, defects, and lead times, while increasing innovation

• Traffic: Analyzing traffic channels and working on initiatives to generate traffic by supporting the development and execution of marketing and merchandising campaigns

• Conversion: Planning and executing promotional activities and improving customer journey on Amazon

Alongside this, you will contribute to improving the efficiency of the service itself. We are constantly working to build scale for this service through the right set of tools and cross-functional collaboration including but not limited to Tech teams.

This role offers 360° exposure to different areas of the industry e-commerce, opening a multitude of career paths.

Key job responsibilities

• Be the point of brand and category expertise for Amazon Tier 1 Vendors - serving as a trusted business advisor

• Help by innovating new solutions to complex business challenges

• Own and manage significant pool of Tier 1 Vendors

• Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to deliver or exceed on the vendor improvement plans

• Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply, Operations, among others)

• Managing and improving pricing, visibility, and availability for your brands

• Translate Category Business Plans into tangible action plans

• Develop productive working relationships with the vendors and create the mutually beneficial value

• Turn raw data and insights into actionable conclusions

• Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new insights

• Identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools

• Work with different parts of the Amazon business to implement improvement projects, including working with category teams, product teams, and technical support team

Basic Qualifications

- In final year of study for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or graduated in the last 24 months with a degree in Business, Science, Engineering fields or Supply Chain

- Experience in key accounts management, projects management, customer facing roles or commercial roles

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills

- Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel proficiency is a must)

- English proficiency: Arabic speaking is an advantage

- UAE National with family book

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in digital and e-commerce space

- Brand management of portfolio/regional roles

- Previous Key Account Management experience is an advantage

- MNCs experience especially in FMCG/E-commerce/Digital is preferred

- Experience in process improvement

- Experience managing large amounts of data

- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML

Position Summary:

Ensure availabilty of all sales reports and dashboards for sales function use to track performance and ensure all tools and master data are up to date. Strong management of TTS, Claims and disputes with sales team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Responsible for developing and publishing all Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to enable management and Sales department to monitor day-to-day sales operations
Supporting GBM & Sales function through providing required data Analysis and preparation of presentations, dashboards …etc
Ensure all trade spends are reflected into CRM and provide visibility on TTS related analysis and reports to all stakeholders.
Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings, MBPC and/or for Cluster reporting
Responsible for all master data related to Customer, Customer Hierarchy, Material extension in coordination with F&C, Sales & NBS.
Drive the Sales forecast tool (MOSAIC) process in the OPC and ensure all data are up to date.
Responsible for ensuring that all customer BDAs are adhering to commercial policy and are signed and saved/archived properly.
Follow-up with sales teams and ensure that credit notes are submitted with supporting documents and processed on time and escalate to management any delays or issues.
Strong Management of claims and disputes with full collaboration with both sales team and NBS.
Price list communication / product listing & delisting circulation / Monthly Promotion circulation
Preparation of monthly Sales Targets by Salesmen by channel and the calculation of Sales force incentive pay-out.
Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, i.e.: Trade spend classification in CRM, WHO code, sales incentives, SOPs, Trade Agreement, customer creation, closing of audit points.

ARE YOU A FIT?

University Degree: B.A in Business Admin. or Finance
Minimum 1-2 years cross functional experience in field sales analysis, Sales support, & or Finance.
FMCG background preferred.
Ability to manage sales data and perform data analytics is a must.
Familiarity with CRM reporting systems.
