Automotive Quality Inspector, Sharjah, UAE

This job is OPEN to APPLY for ALL Nationalities, unless otherwise specified.

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

Conduct comprehensive quality and mechanical inspections of multibrand vehicles to identify technical issues and quality concerns.
Diagnose mechanical and technical problems across major vehicle systems and assess the required repair or replacement.
Inspect engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, braking, steering, and other critical vehicle systems.
Verify completed repairs and refurbishment work to ensure all identified issues have been properly resolved.
Ensure vehicles meet defined quality standards before they are listed or delivered to customers.
Coordinate closely with technicians, workshop, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
Maintain accurate inspection records and report defects or quality concerns clearly.

What’s Under the Hood?

Must have valid UAE Driving License.
Relevant experience in automotive quality inspection, workshop, diagnostics, refurbishment, or a similar role for at least 2 years.
Strong technical knowledge of multibrand vehicles and modern automotive systems.
Hands-on experience in mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
Strong understanding of engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, braking, steering, and other major vehicle systems.
Ability to identify technical issues, determine repair requirements, and recommend the right course of action.
Strong attention to detail with a clear focus on quality and first-time-right delivery.

Now, we’re revving up our team in the UAE and looking for talent ready to make our journey of progress their own. Buckle up, because the current pit stop is within the Refurbishment function as a Warranty Associate.

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

Take end-to-end ownership of warranty complaints received through the portal, ensuring every case is followed through to resolution.
Reach out to customers, understand their concerns, and determine the most appropriate way to resolve the issue.
Educate customers on warranty coverage, vehicle concerns, and next steps wherever applicable.
Coordinate with customers to arrange an inspection at their location when required.
Coordinate the movement of vehicles to the workshop when a physical inspection or repair is necessary.
Manage all follow-ups independently and ensure no case is left pending or unattended.
Work closely with relevant internal teams and workshops to ensure cases are resolved within the required timelines.

What’s Under the Hood:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector.
Prior experience in a customer-facing workshop environment is strongly preferred.
Strong practical automotive knowledge.
Good proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
UAE automotive experience is a plus.

We need a Showroom Manager,

Job Description: To plan, manage and lead the showroom sales to achieve sales target and to ensure smooth, efficient and effective functioning of showroom


    Responsibilities: Functional Roles and Responsibilities

    Plan and execute such strategies as to ensure that the budgeted target for showroom is achieved or exceeded in volume and profit term
    Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team to achieve targets successfully.
    Monitor sales process (aspects such as initial customer contact and reception, clarification of need, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire process.
    Deal with critical problems, major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated and ensure prompt action or decisions for timely resolution.
    Prepare stock requirement list for the month specifying make, model and number of vehicles for the approval of the Sales Manager.
    Interact regularly with the existing and prospective customers to establish profitable relationships and determine their present and future requirements.
    Maximize usage of demo’s and monitor demo to sale ratio
    Manage all aspects of the showroom to ensure high standards in the display, housekeeping and product information to convey the desired image of the brand and the Company.
    Monitor PDI process and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction

    People Management Roles and Responsibilities
    Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles

    Qualification & Experience

    Graduate in any discipline
    5+ years' experience in similar role
    Good knowledge of Automobile sales gained through formal training and work experience
    Full understanding of show room merchandising
    Dynamic and proactive personality
    Preferably bilingual (Arabic and English)
  • Ability to lead, develop and motivate teams

We need a Workshop Coordinator,

We are looking for a Workshop Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination of vehicle repairs and preparation, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

This role is ideal for an organized and proactive professional with a background in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will oversee workshop schedules, manage supplier communications, and optimize vehicle readiness timelines to support showroom operations. If you're detail-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Vehicle Coordination & Workshop Management

  • Coordinate vehicle repairs and preparation with partner workshops, ensuring adherence to quality standards and turnaround targets.
  • Arrange vehicle pick-up and drop-off between showroom and workshops, working closely with recovery teams.
  • Monitor all repair and maintenance timelines and resolve any delays or workflow issues.
  • Liaise with the sales team to address any last-minute vehicle needs before handover.

Parts Procurement & Process Optimization

  • Manage the sourcing and timely delivery of vehicle parts by coordinating with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records using internal tracking systems and software.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workshop processes and reduce lead times.
  • Ensure all vehicles are prepared efficiently and meet showroom readiness criteria.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry (workshop, logistics, or coordination roles preferred).
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with workflow tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with external partners.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: 3,000 – 4,000 AED (based on experience and qualifications)
