Marketing Specialist, Dubai, UAE

Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

Local and Regional Event Support

Coordinate logistics for local and regional events, including conferences, workshops, webinars, roundtables, trade shows, and client forums.

Manage vendor relationships (venues, designers, print shops, AV providers, etc.).

Oversee event registrations, attendee communications, and onsite execution.

Support booth setup, collateral preparation, and staff coordination.

Collaborate with wider SE Advisory Services global event team and local & regional SE marketing teams.

Local Campaign Execution

Localize and deploy global campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels for the APMEA market.

Adapt assets for regional use (translations, formatting, market-appropriate messaging) and develop regionally-appropriate creative assets for use in digital programs (adverts, social media messaging, blogs, paid media articles).

Assist with email marketing, paid media execution, and social media scheduling.

Collaborate with integrated marketing team to track campaign performance and compile regional metrics for global reporting.

Local PR and Communications

Coordinate regional media relations activities with wider SE gulf marketing team, including distributing press releases, coordinating interviews, and supporting analyst relations and award/recognition activities in the region. General

Draft or adapt short-form content such as announcements, social posts, and event recaps.

Coordinate with global comms teams to ensure brand and message consistency.

Marketing Operations & Administration

Manage regional marketing calendars and deadlines.

Track budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts.

Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines and marketing processes.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications (including internships or university-based experience) preferred.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

High attention to detail with a “get-things-done” mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Proficiency in English required, Arabic a strong plus.

Experience with marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva, CMS platforms, or similar) is an advantage.

Lead Marketing Specialist, Dubai, UAE

We’re hiring a Lead Marketing Specialist to support our International Government business, working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to execute global strategy across regions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in defense, government, or high-tech markets who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring global coverage across time zones, partnering with regional sales teams and helping bring campaigns, messaging, and events to life in-market.

Responsibilities:

Execute global marketing strategy in partnership with the Director, adapting plans for regional markets and priorities

Partner closely with regional sales teams to support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and account-based marketing efforts

Develop full-funnel campaigns to fuel the pipeline across the regions

Develop and localize messaging and content to resonate with international government audiences

Support executive communications: helping build presentations, talking points, and materials for senior leaders at key events

Plan and execute events and tradeshows within your region, ensuring strong alignment with global priorities

Monitor market activity and competitors to inform positioning and identify opportunities

Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate communications, other GTM marketing teams, and broader HQ to deliver consistent messaging

Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in marketing within defense, government, or high-tech sectors, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools

Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions

Demonstrated understanding of AI, with clear experience leveraging AI and integrating it into broad marketing workflows

Clear, confident communicator with strong writing and presentation skills

Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into accessible, compelling content

Experience supporting sales and business development teams in driving growth

Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced, global environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in GEOINT, Earth observation, or related markets

About the role

We are seeking a commercially-minded Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Deliveroo. This role is central to driving measurable business growth for both HOP (grocery darkstore) and our Retail vertical through strategic marketing planning and execution.

Reporting into the Head of Restaurant and New Verticals Marketing, you will be responsible for building and delivering comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that align with key commercial goals, unlock customer value, and improve ROI. What you'll be doing

Translate business priorities into actionable marketing initiatives that are insight-driven, customer-centric, and results-oriented.

Lead integrated go-to-market planning, coordinating across commercial, local and central marketing teams to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.

Lead the planning and delivery of value-focused campaigns (e.g., promotional, seasonal, and category growth) to increase customer frequency and HOP/ partner performance.

Continuously optimise campaign ROI through post-campaign analysis, learnings, and strategic iteration.

Identify new opportunities to scale success—whether through emerging trends, untapped segments, or test-and-learn innovation.

Leverage customer and partner insights to inform marketing strategy and campaign design.

Own regular performance reporting and stakeholder updates, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Stay up-to-date with market and competitor activity, using insights to inform promotional strategy and differentiation.

Requirements

Minimum 6-8 years experience in Marketing

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience presenting ideas and recommendations to senior leadership to gain buy in

You’re both analytical & commercial and you enjoy interpreting data to develop insight/consumer-led marketing strategy. Comfortable with analytical tools like excel.

You have strong interpersonal skills and can manage multiple cross-departmental stakeholders; confident communicating at all levels

Proven record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.

You have a self-starter attitude and you’re able to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed organisation with constant change.
