We need an Emergency Room Nurse (ER),

Location: Neom, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Western qualified Emergency Room Nurse ( ER )for a reputed client in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the local community. As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate and effective care to patients in emergency situations. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and efficient care to patients in emergency situations, including assessing, triaging, and treating patients as per established protocols.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Western Qualified only )
• Valid nursing license and registration in the state.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
