We need a Store Associate

The job holder will be responsible for maximizing sales through exceptional customer service. The job holder will also be responsible for maintaining the desired retail operations, customer service, replenishment, recovery standards in the store in all aspects. سيكون صاحب الوظيفة مسؤولاً عن زيادة المبيعات من خلال خدمة عملاء استثنائية. سيكون صاحب الوظيفة مسؤولاً أيضًا عن الحفاظ على عمليات البيع بالتجزئة

Shop Keeping and Store Standards:-

Maximize and contribute to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience

Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed according to standard layout norms (product placement, signage, neat and well folded, arranged in order from smallest to largest, hanged items must be steamed, brand wise, size wise etc)

Ensure all products are price tagged and bar-coded before display

Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves and assist in accurate stock counts as per store requirements

Ensure all stock administration (stock count, inter branch transfer, dispatch and delivery) are recorded on the system in time, accurately and correctly categorized

Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence

Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping standards and grooming etiquettes are maintained in store at all times

Give accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries

Increase the customer database by adding new customers to the mailing list

Understand the returns policy and ensure effective implementation

Help store merchandiser and/or store manager in product placement and arrangement

Dress up Mannequins & attend to other visuals

Maintain a clean and well-organized back- stock area and keep the employee break area neat and tidy

Operate as a cashier and be consistently accurate in money handling (in case applicable)

Understand and utilize all reports required for the day-to-day functioning of each store

Carry out linked selling i.e., understand the customer’s need and close the deal.

Store Merchandise / Merchandising:-

Maintain a detailed knowledge of the merchandise/ products stocked in the store

Ensure promotions and fast selling lines are featured in the store

Provide information about the customers(likes, dislikes and opinions) to the dept in charge

Ensure effective stock replenishment to the store and assure continuous stock availability, ongoing recovery & maintenance in the store

Customer Service

Responsible for greeting and meeting all customers promptly and politely as they enter the store

Provide customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service

Guide customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests

Develop a clear understanding of all departments, products, make, features and after sales service

Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising principles within the stores

Effectively deal with customer queries and complaints

Follow procedures for dealing with specific customer orders

Ensure confidentiality with respect to Landmark retail/store sales information الحفاظ على المتجر و على معايير المتجر

مكوية بالبخار، وترتب حسب العلامة التجارية ، والحجم المناسب ، إلخ)

تأكد من أن جميع المنتجات تحمل علامات الأسعار وتشفيرها قبل عرضها

ضمان التناوب الصحيح للمخزون على الرفوف والمساعدة في عد دقيق للمخزون حسب متطلبات المتجر

التأكد من تسجيل جميع عمليات إدارة المخزون (جرد المخزون، التحويل بين الفروع ، والارسال والتسليم) على النظام في الوقت المناسب ، وتصنيفها بدقة وبشكل صحيح

ضمان الوعي واليقظة في جميع الأوقات من الأمن في المحل دون أي إهمال

ضمان الحفاظ على أعلى معايير التدبير المنزلي وآداب النظافة الشخصية في المتجر في جميع الأوقات

إعطاء معلومات دقيقة وحديثة حول المنتج لجميع الاستفسارات

زيادة قاعدة بيانات العملاء من خلال إضافة عملاء جدد إلى القائمة البريدية

فهم سياسة العودة والتأكد من التنفيذ الفعال

المساعدة في تخزين التاجر/ أو مدير المتجر في وضع المنتج وترتيبه

تلبيس العارضات وحضور العروض المرئية الأخرى

الحفاظ على منطقة تخزين خلفية نظيفة وجيدة التنظيم والحفاظ على منطقة استراحة الموظفين نظيفة ومرتبة

العمل كأمين صندوق وكن دقيقًا باستمرار في التعامل مع الأموال (في حالة الاقتضاء)

فهم واستخدام جميع التقارير المطلوبة للعمل اليومي لكل متجر

إجراء البيع المرتبط، أي فهم حاجة العميل وإغلاق الصفقة

التنسيق المرئي

الحفاظ على معرفة مفصلة للبضائع / المنتجات المخزنة في المخزن

ضمان وجود العروض الترويجية وخطوط البيع السريع في المتجر

توفير معلومات حول العملاء (آراؤهم , ماذا يحبون وماذا يكرهون) لقسم المسؤول

ضمان التجديد الفعال للمخزون إلى المتجر وضمان استمرار توفر المخزون والاسترداد المستمر والصيانة في المتجر

خدمة العملاء

مسؤول عن التحية والالتقاء بجميع العملاء على الفور وبأدب عند دخولهم المتجر

توفير رضا العملاء من خلال تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية

توجيه العملاء في جميع أنحاء المتجر أو إلى المنطقة المحددة التي يطلبها العميل

تطوير فهم واضح لجميع الدارات والمنتجات والطراز والميزات وخدمة ما بعد البيع

ضمان التنفيذ الفعال لمبادئ الترويج المرئي داخل المخازن

التعامل بفعالية مع استفسارات العملاء وشكاويهم

اتبع إجراءات التعامل مع أوامر العملاء المحددة

ضمان السرية فيما يتعلق بمعلومات مبيعات التجزئة / المتجر لاندمارك

Basic Qualification /Education / Vocational Training: High School Diploma
