We need a Data Entry Executive

Noorka Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent typing skills and a strong eye for accuracy who can manage large volumes of business data while supporting smooth logistics and administrative operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain company data in ERP systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Verify the accuracy of information before entering it into the system.
• Maintain logistics, shipment, inventory, and customer records with high accuracy.
• Review documents for completeness and resolve data discrepancies when required.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and data records for management.
• Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and administration teams to ensure accurate data flow.
• Retrieve information from databases and provide reports upon request.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, office administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management software is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
