We need a Real Estate Sales Officer
Overview
Job Details
Respond to client inquiries professionally and convert qualified leads into successful property sales opportunities.
Present real estate properties clearly by understanding each client's requirements, preferences, and investment goals.
Prepare sales agreements, contracts, and all required documentation related to property transactions while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Guide clients through the legal, financial, and administrative stages of buying and selling properties.
Coordinate the entire sales process by managing negotiations, following up on active opportunities, and ensuring transactions progress smoothly.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, property viewings, and business discussions.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients by providing property updates and timely follow-up throughout the decision-making process.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, property transactions, and follow-up actions within the company system.
Monitor market trends, property availability, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
Job Experience Requirements
Higher education qualification from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a similar sales role.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the confidence to represent the company during client meetings and business discussions.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional documentation and build client relationships.
Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to different customer needs and changing market conditions.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple property listings, client meetings, and sales opportunities efficiently.
