We need a Customer & Sales Support Coordinator
Your role
- You take care of our customers in all commercial issues (pre and after sales)
- You prepare quotations and handle tenders
- You support the Area Sales Manager throughout the sales process
- You will be the link to our sales partners and will support them in all commercial issues
- You coordinate customer follow-ups, support product demonstrations and ensure smooth commercial processes together with the sales team
- You are responsible for the maintenance of our customer database (CRM system)
- You coordinate customer trainings through the OMICRON Academy, including registrations, communication and related administration You provide back-up support to your team
What makes you a great fit
- You have successfully completed a commercial or business-related education. Technical experience is not required for this position, although knowledge of the electrical energy industry would be an advantage
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer & Sales Support, Sales Support, or Inside Sales; experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus
- You enjoy working in a structured environment and are comfortable taking ownership of customer requests from start to finish
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities as well as strong organizational skills, reliability, and team spirit are among your strengths
- You have a confident and professional manner when communicating with customers and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word You have an excellent command of English (written and spoken), French is mandatory and Arabic would be an advantage
