Assistant AC Technician, RAK, UAE

Job Purpose:

 

The position will support HVAC operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance activities across cleanrooms and production facilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Assist in maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and chilled water systems
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Monitor HVAC parameters and report abnormalities
Assist in filter replacement, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
Support cleanroom environmental compliance and GMP requirements
Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities
Follow safety and pharmaceutical GMP procedures at all times
 

 

Education & Experience:
 

Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC field
1–3 years of experience in AC/HVAC maintenance
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cleanroom facilities is preferred
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in shifts if required
 

Preferred Skills:
 

Understanding of preventive maintenance practices
Familiarity with cGMP environment is an advantage

Applicant Tracking System or "ATS", is the software that 'READS' your CV and stores this information in a database. Like this:

If the CV is not made as per the RULES of the ATS, the information will get messed up in the database. In the image below, 'PMP' has gone into the 'Mobile Number' column. The Mobile Number '052 1234567' has gone into the 'Main Skill' column.

So a recruiter searching for a candidate with PMP certification, will never find this person, in spite of his 'CV information' existing in the database...
