About the Role:

The Sales Officer is responsible for meeting individual sales target through proactive outbound customer interactions within the contact center. The role focuses on promoting and cross selling the bank’s products and services to achieve assigned sales targets while delivering superior customer experience. The Sales Officer ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards while building a long-term customer relationship.

What You'll Do:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote the bank’s products (credit card, personal loans, accounts, Takaful, etc.).

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products.

Maintain high levels of call productivity, lead conversion, and pipeline management.

Guide customers throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Participate in sales training, huddles, and coaching sessions to enhance performance.

Accurately record customer information, sales details, call outcomes in CRM.

Coordinate with the fulfillment and processing teams to ensure timely and accurate case completion.

Liaise with customer post application completion, if required to complete the customer journey.

Ensure compliance with all bank policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards during every interaction.

What You'll Need:

High School diploma or/and bachelor’s degree with strong sales experience.

Banking Sales or customer service experience is a must.

Effective Communication.

Proactively seeks to improve skills, product knowledge and sales techniques.

Sales orientation and Target Achievement.
