We need an Officer Operations,

Task Responsibilities:

You are part of the team responsible for the operational handling of Cargolux Airlines within the UAE. You are an enthusiastic, customer-friendly, proactive, inquisitive team player. You are at home in the world of trucks and planes and are able to switch gears. It goes without saying that the customer is king.

Some of your tasks are

• Load planning / Load Supervision of all Cargolux flights
• Ensure the safe and reliable completion of all ground activities
• Monitoring and coordinating warehouse/cargo handling activities in collaboration with our suppliers
• Ensuring timely execution of all Cargolux flights
• Coordinating apron activities and services with GHAs, maintenance, flight operations and other service providers
• Ensuring that flight operation activities are carried out according to the Cargolux processes and procedures.
• Coordinating between import and export departments
• Coordinating Road Feeder Service (Trucking) activities
• Coordinating ULD-control activities
• Performing administrative work
• Providing customer service to customers
• Gaining and maintaining professional and technical knowledge
Contributing to team formation

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Experience and knowledge (certification) with regards to load planning and/or load supervision are considered an advantage
• A (completed) education in logistics, air freight or transport is a plus
• Good team spirit
• Be available for flexible services.
Good command of English language
