Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Verantwortung für alle Personalangelegenheiten, einschließlich Personalbeschaffung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Leistungsmanagement und Mitarbeiterbindung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Richtlinien, -verfahren und -programmen, die den Unternehmenszielen und -werten entsprechen
  • Durchführung von Rekrutierungsaktivitäten, einschließlich der Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen, der Durchführung von Bewerbungsgesprächen und der Auswahl qualifizierter Kandidaten
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Schulungs- und Entwicklungsprogrammen, um die Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten der Mitarbeiter zu verbessern und ihr Potenzial voll auszuschöpfen
  • Verwaltung von Leistungsbeurteilungen, Gehaltsüberprüfungen und Mitarbeiterbefragungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und -produktivität
  • Konfliktlösung und Management von Mitarbeiterbeschwerden in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmensrichtlinien und lokalen Arbeitsgesetzen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller arbeitsrechtlichen Vorschriften und Richtlinien sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Rechtsteam und externen Beratern

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Human Resources Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Personalarbeit, idealerweise in der Technologiebranche oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in HR-Praktiken, Arbeitsrecht und Personalmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Konfliktlösung
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem multikulturellen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Kenntnisse in arabischer Sprache sind von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Senior Officer - Inventory Management, Dubai, UAE

We need a Senior Officer - Inventory Management


MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To manage day-to-day inventory activities for assigned markets, aiming to maximize network revenue by applying effective Revenue Management strategies and working closely with other RM streams such as Pricing and Demand as well as relevant stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages and validates system-generated inventory recommendations to ensure optimal seat allocation across assigned markets, supporting overall network revenue maximization.
  • Applies overbooking strategies at the cabin level by evaluating show-up rates, historical patterns, and cancellation trends to achieve optimal load factors.
  • Conducts detailed analysis of booking trends, market dynamics, and POS-OD mix to guide data-driven inventory decisions.
  • Evaluates aircraft capacity and configuration needs and provide strategic recommendations to Network Planning and Operations teams.
  • Coordinates with Airport Operations to proactively manage overbooked flights and minimize denied boardings through operational foresight.
  • Monitors demand shifts, booking behaviors, and competitor movements, ensuring pricing and inventory strategies remain agile and aligned with market conditions.
  • Performs post-departure flight analysis to assess the impact of inventory decisions and identify opportunities for strategic refinement.
  • Interprets and adjusts system-generated demand forecasts, applying manual influences where necessary to reflect expected market changes.
  • Analyzes multi-dimensional POS-OD demand trends and share actionable insights with cross-functional Revenue Management stakeholders.
  • Tracks holiday and special event demand to ensure accurate system inputs and timely demand adjustments.
  • Sponsors and configures demand forecasts for new route launches or frequency additions, supporting strategic growth initiatives.
  • Monitors forecast accuracy and system health, providing feedback to support continuous improvement of forecasting models.
  • Tracks key performance metrics, including RASK, yield, seat factor, average fare, and market share across POS-OD segments.
  • Collaborates closely with Pricing, Demand, Commercial, Sales, Network Planning, and Airport Operations to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Leverages analytical tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy) to support decision-making and exception reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management, mathematics, economics, or business management preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 3 years experience in airline commercial operations or related field.
  • Years with qualifications: 3 - 5 years

We need an Enterprise Platform,

About the Role


Responsible for maintaining BSS platforms to ensure their high availability, reliability, and performance. This role requires a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution, as well as collaboration with various departments to support and enhance BSS applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain BSS platforms to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.

  • Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Work with developers and business analysts to design and implement integration solutions.

  • Participate in the development and testing of new features and enhancements.

  • Ensure that all integrations and developments comply with company standards and best practices.

  • Lead and participate in BSS-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on BSS applications and new functionalities.

  • Develop user manuals, training materials, and FAQs to assist users.

  • Provide ongoing support to ensure users are effectively utilizing the BSS platforms.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the BSS platforms.

  • Develop and generate reports to provide insights into system performance and business operations.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

What We Need From You


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of database management and SQL.

  • Experience with APIs and integration technologies.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education Level/Major:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Applicant Tracking System or "ATS", is the software that 'READS' your CV and stores this information in a database. Like this:

If the CV is not made as per the RULES of the ATS, the information will get messed up in the database. In the image below, 'PMP' has gone into the 'Mobile Number' column. The Mobile Number '052 1234567' has gone into the 'Main Skill' column.
