Performance Marketing Specialist, Sharjah, UAE

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on performance marketer passionate about lead generation, accurate measurement and continuous optimization.

You will own the day-to-day execution of paid lead-generation campaigns across multiple Al Marwan business divisions and markets—from budget management and campaign launches to testing, tracking and reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will be a proactive self-starter with strong commercial judgment, relevant experience and a high level of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Owning paid media budgets and lead-generation performance across multiple business divisions and markets.

Planning, launching and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and relevant emerging channels.

Adapting campaign strategies, audiences and messaging to different divisions, products and market conditions.

Monitoring lead quality through the CRM and optimizing for qualified leads

Continuously testing audiences, offers, creative, copy and landing-page journeys.

Working closely with developers to test and optimize landing pages for better conversion performance.

Ensuring conversion tracking, attribution and CRM data are accurate and reliable.

Conducting regular search-term reviews, maintaining negative keyword lists and identifying wasted spend.

Writing and adapting advertising copy in Arabic and English for each market.

Reporting on performance, insights, budget pacing and recommended actions.

Applying new AI-driven capabilities to improve targeting, bidding, creative testing, automation and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing and lead-generation campaigns.

Proven experience running B2B campaigns and optimizing for qualified leads.

Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and campaign analytics.

Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets, products or business divisions.

Proven ownership of media budgets and performance targets.

Experience evaluating lead quality using CRM data and campaign metrics.

Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, UTMs and Google Tag Manager.

An up-to-date understanding of how AI is changing campaign delivery, creative production and optimization.

Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong copywriting and communication skills in both languages.

Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
