Description and Requirements


Working as a Partner Account Manager (PAM) at Lenovo, you’ll join a team guided by trust, together thriving for Smarter Technology for All. As a company that runs on trust and respect, we empower our people with the flexibility to grow while providing them with the support that they need.


Your detailed responsibilities would be:

  • You will manage top system integrators in Saudi Arabia and drive Lenovo partner programs with sales & operation teams so partner up their level in competency and business growth.
  • You will manage the business plans and quarterly business reviews with special focus on growing pipeline and drive to closure in alignment with cross function teams.
  • You will help our Partners grow their strategic business initiatives with Lenovo’s, infrastructure solutions and services, as well as communicate and drive the return on investment. You will identify business opportunities and fully leverage smart marketing and planning communications, planning and training activities.
  • Engage daily with assigned partners and create strong ties among partner team and Lenovo team to grow business.


You'll bring:

  • You have 7-10+ years’ experience in channel management and partner business growth in the IT industry; you understand how IT partners operationalize their business and you can build and maintain relationships with partners – across all levels of an organization (at executive, product manager and sales rep level)
  • You have proven knowledge and strong understanding of Saudi Arabia channel landscape by knowing key partner stakeholders and understand their business models.
  • You are a true team player and are able to orchestrate all the supporting functions who are here to help.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English.
    • You are results driven and committed
  • - consistent achievement of quarterly sales quota is one of your key drivers.
