We need a QA/QC Lead,
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project specific QAQC plans tailored to the unique requirements of buildings construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate QAQC processes into project schedules.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections at various stages of construction, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Implement corrective actions when deviations are identified.
- Establish and enforce standards for materials and workmanship in accordance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the use of approved materials.
- Maintain detailed QAQC documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
- Provide regular reports to project stakeholders on QAQC performance.
- Conduct training sessions for project teams and subcontractors on QAQC procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability on the project site.
- Stay informed about relevant local and international regulations and standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to address quality-related concerns and ensure alignment with project goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in QAQC management, with a focus on schools and car parking construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
- Professional certifications in QAQC or related fields are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using QAQC software and tools.
