Elements is building a foundational platform to automate and connect high-stakes finance workflows. We are in advanced beta, live with early customers, and preparing for a full production launch. The product is already operating in demanding, real-world environments.

The Opportunity
We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to own relationships with our customers and guide them across onboarding, adoption, and expansion. This role offers significant strategic influence and close collaboration with founders, sales, and product leaders to ensure customers realize long-term value from Elements.
What You’ll Do
Manage customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior finance leaders and operational teams.
Identify expansion opportunities across workflows, teams, and additional use cases.
Translate customer requirements and pain points into actionable product insights.
Monitor account health, mitigate risks early, and secure renewals.
Support the rollout and adoption of new features and improvements.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience managing SaaS accounts, ideally in finance, operations, or workflow-related products.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
Consultative problem solver who can diagnose needs and propose strategic solutions.
Ownership mindset suited to zero-to-one or high-growth environments.
Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Proven success driving renewals, retention, and account expansion.
