About the Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Vice President to join the resort’s International Marketing team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Strategic Growth & Market Leadership
Develop and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies to expand international market share across Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Establish clear financial and performance KPIs tied to gaming revenue, trip volume, and profitability.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and business channels to increase international visitation and spend.
Use market analytics and competitive intelligence to guide investment and promotional decisions for maximum ROI.
Act as a senior brand ambassador representing the property at major global gaming, tourism, and luxury lifestyle events.
VIP Player Acquisition & Revenue Development
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth players, premium gaming agents, junket operators, and luxury travel networks worldwide.
Design and implement targeted player development campaigns to generate incremental trips and revenue growth.
Oversee the creation of customized incentive and loyalty programs, ensuring they deliver measurable returns.
Personally lead negotiations with key player groups and agents to secure profitable, sustainable business.
Champion data-driven segmentation and performance analysis to optimize reinvestment and yield per player.
Global Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate international marketing and host teams across key global markets.
Drive a performance-based culture grounded in accountability, results, and service excellence.
Set clear sales and service objectives, monitor performance, and recognize top producers.
Foster cross-cultural sensitivity and alignment with the brand’s luxury values and service standards.
Market Penetration & Brand Expansion
Conceptualize and lead international brand activations, exclusive events, and strategic collaborations to elevate visibility among elite clientele.
Strengthen partnerships with airlines, luxury travel consortia, lifestyle brands, and tourism boards to extend market reach.
Leverage cross-property synergies with the broader Wynn network to capture global share of wallet from high-value players.
Revenue & Budget Management
Take direct ownership of international gaming revenue targets and departmental P&L performance.
Manage and optimize marketing and reinvestment budgets with a disciplined focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
Implement analytical reporting tools to track trip yield, conversion, and retention metrics.
Regularly evaluate business opportunities, adjusting strategy to maximize profitability and return on marketing investment.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all marketing and player development activities adhere to international gaming regulations, AML/CTF standards, and the property’s internal compliance framework.
Enforce strict data protection, confidentiality, and ethical conduct standards across all regions.
Partner closely with the Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to mitigate operational and reputational risk.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or International Management (MBA preferred).
10+ years’ experience in international gaming or luxury hospitality marketing, with 5+ years in a senior commercial or revenue-focused leadership role.
Demonstrated success in driving player acquisition, trip frequency, and gaming revenue growth across multiple markets.
Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, or Korean) are highly advantageous.
Proven track record of managing multicultural teams and high-value client relationships across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Strong financial literacy with experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and ROI analysis.
Preferred:
Background in global luxury gaming or hospitality hubs (Las Vegas, Macau, London, Monte Carlo, Singapore).
Established network of VIP clients, agents, and luxury partners in key international markets.
Expertise in CRM systems, data analytics, and revenue forecasting.
Experience leading marketing teams in regulated jurisdictions.
