Product Manager - Product, RAK, UAE

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Product Manager to join the resort’s Product Development team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and operational priorities

Translate business goals, service processes, and user requirements into clear product specifications and scalable solutions

Collaborate closely with engineering and IT teams across the product lifecycle, supporting agile delivery, system integrations, and platform dependencies

Manage third-party vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, SLAs, issue resolution, and alignment with product roadmaps

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, technology teams, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and alignment

Lead requirement-gathering initiatives through workshops and discovery sessions, converting insights into use cases, acceptance criteria, and actionable deliverables

Drive a strong focus on user experience and operational efficiency, ensuring solutions are intuitive, effective, and scalable

Establish KPIs, leverage data and insights, and continuously monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or related IT roles

Experience with guest-facing and operational systems in hospitality, gaming, or similar environments preferred

Proven experience delivering products in complex, multi-stakeholder, integrated environments

Strong understanding of the product management lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)

Familiarity with enterprise hospitality platforms (PMS, POS, gaming systems)

Knowledge of integrations, API’s, and data workflows across enterprise systems

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills

Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Figma, and analytics platforms

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategic Management

Provide visionary leadership for the Early Years section (Pre-KG, FS1, FS2, KG1, KG2), driving excellence in teaching, learning, and child development .

Lead, mentor, and inspire Early Years teachers and teaching assistants through regular coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development .

Champion a collaborative and child-centered culture, fostering a nurturing and high-performing environment where every child thrives .

Develop and implement the School Improvement Plan for the Early Years department, contributing to whole-school priorities and external inspection readiness (e.g., KHDA, SPEA/MOE) .

Manage the day-to-day operations, including timetabling, staff cover, resource allocation, and budget management for the department .

Curriculum, Teaching, and Assessment

Oversee the implementation of a high-quality early years curriculum (e.g., EYFS Framework, IB PYP, IEYC, or American curriculum) in line with international benchmarks and UAE standards .

Ensure all learning experiences are inquiry-based, play-focused, and developmentally appropriate, promoting curiosity, independence, and a love of learning .

Lead curriculum planning and continuous improvement, ensuring robust assessment systems, data analysis, and moderation processes are in place to secure strong progress and outcomes for all learners .

Promote best practices in early childhood pedagogy, including effective use of technology, bilingual instruction (if applicable), and culturally relevant content (e.g., Islamic values) .

Student Wellbeing, Inclusion, and Safeguarding

Lead the implementation of behaviour, inclusion, and wellbeing policies tailored to Early Years learners .

Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment, ensuring full compliance with safeguarding and child protection procedures .

Work closely with inclusion teams and specialists to support individual learning needs, promoting inclusive education practices .

Ensure smooth transitions for students from home or nursery into the Early Years setting and from Early Years into Primary school .

Parent and Community Engagement

Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents through open communication, workshops, and regular events .

Lead parent information sessions, orientation programmes, and workshops to support early development, literacy, and parenting .

Represent the Early Years programme at school events, open days, and admissions processes .

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field .

Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed with QTS, or equivalent) with an Early Years specialism .

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Early Years education .

Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in an Early Years or Foundation Stage setting .

Proven experience leading and managing a team of educators .

Strong knowledge of early childhood pedagogies and global best practices (e.g., play-based, inquiry-led learning) .

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills .

A strong commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and child welfare .

Desirable:

Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field .

Experience with a specific curriculum (e.g., British EYFS, IB PYP, American, or IEYC) .

International school experience, particularly in the UAE, with knowledge of local regulations (e.g., KHDA) and cultural context .

Experience leading teams in a bilingual setting is an advantage.

Job Description

Stevin Rock LLC is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Category Manager to join our Procurement team. Reporting to the Procurement & Supply Chain Director, this role will lead strategic sourcing, category management and supplier relationship activities across a major mining and quarrying operation.

The successful candidate will develop and execute category strategies that deliver sustainable value through total cost of ownership (TCO) optimisation, supplier performance improvement, contract management and strategic procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement category and supplier strategies aligned with business objectives

Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier qualification and contract negotiations

Analyse market trends, supplier capabilities and cost drivers to identify opportunities for value creation

Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships

Drive supplier performance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with Operations, Finance and senior stakeholders to ensure procurement activities support business requirements

Conduct supplier evaluations, audits and risk assessments

Manage forecasting activities and develop supply continuity plans

Identify and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline

Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS or CPM preferred

Minimum 10 years' experience in strategic procurement and category management

Experience within mining, quarrying, heavy industry, construction materials or related sectors

Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills

Demonstrated experience in supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing

Strong analytical, financial and stakeholder management capabilities

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement analysis tools

Fluent English and valid driving licence
