We need an Operations Support Agent-Associate

Grade - 4
Provides administrative and operational support to Hub Operations, ensuring efficient coordination of workforce scheduling, employee administration, reporting, training, procurement, and compliance activities. Maintains key operational records, supports ISO compliance measures, SharePoint administration, records management, and Health & Safety programs, while coordinating with Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders. Responsible for accurate reporting, document control, compliance tracking, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement activities to support safe and efficient hub operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience, preferably with logistics background
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently based in the UAE.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or Diploma preferred.
- Experience in administrative support, operations coordination, HR administration, or business support functions preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience using workforce scheduling systems, HR systems, or time management applications is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective stakeholder management and follow-up skills.

Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members. Plays a critical role in running Sort operations for both DWC and DXB facility ensuring connections on FedEx, CLH and intra hub trucking connectivity. Liaises with Authorities for operational requirements.
