About the Role
Branvoro is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us acquire new clients across the UAE.
Your main responsibility will be simple:
Find potential businesses → Start conversations → Book meetings → Close clients → Build relationships
You will be selling Branvoro's services, including:
Social Media Marketing
Website Design & Development
E-commerce Consultancy
Branding & Digital Solutions
What You'll Do
Find and approach potential clients across the UAE
Reach businesses through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
Connect with business owners and decision-makers
Understand their business needs and recommend suitable services
Book and conduct sales meetings
Follow up with interested prospects
Prepare and follow up on proposals
Negotiate and close new business
Maintain leads and sales activities in the company's CRM
Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain professional relationships with acquired clients
Who We're Looking For
Currently located in the UAE
0–3 years of sales, business development or digital marketing experience
Freshers with strong communication and sales potential are welcome
Basic understanding of digital marketing
Good spoken and written English
Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new businesses
Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers
Self-motivated, consistent and target-oriented
Willing to learn and grow with the company
Valid UAE visa with at least 6 months remaining validity
Arabic communication skills, previous UAE sales experience, CRM knowledge and a UAE driving licence are advantages but not mandatory.
Compensation & Growth
First 3 Months
The first three months will be a commission and performance-based probation period.
Performance will be evaluated based on sales results, new clients acquired, follow-ups, CRM activity, professionalism and overall contribution.
Candidates who successfully complete the assessment and meet Branvoro's performance standards may become eligible for a permanent position with a monthly basic salary plus incentives.
Weekly Package Commission
For eligible Social Media Marketing, Website Development and E-commerce Consultancy packages:
0–1 client closed per week: 7%
2–3 clients closed per week: 10%
4+ clients closed per week: 20%
Commission is calculated on eligible net business collected by the company and is subject to Branvoro's Sales Compensation and Incentive Policy.
Monthly Performance Bonus
Close at least 5 eligible clients in a calendar month and receive an additional AED 500 monthly performance bonus.
Client Retention Bonus
Sales representatives can also earn an additional 3%–5% retention incentive for eligible clients who continue their services, subject to the company's retention policy.

We're looking for someone who is confident, consistent, willing to learn, comfortable with rejection and serious about building a career in sales.
