π’ Vacancies | HSE, Process Safety & Quality Roles | ENOC (www.enoc.com)
I have been officially tasked by my management to identify suitable candidates for further shortlisting for the following positions:
1. Manager – EHSQ | Refinery: Recognised degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 15 years of hands-on EHS experience in a refinery/petrochemical environment. Strong experience in EHS management systems, regulatory compliance, contractor safety, audits, major projects, shutdowns and interaction with management and regulatory authorities is expected.
2. Manager – Process Safety | ENOC Head Office: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical/Instrumentation, with minimum 12–15 years of petroleum industry experience, including at least 8 years in leading or managing Process Safety Management systems, HSE risk management and technical safety design reviews. Strong oil & gas operational/design safety experience is essential. This is a Group-level Technical Authority role covering PSM governance, standards, assurance and support across ENOC businesses and projects.
3. Process Safety Advisor | DUGAS: Graduate Engineer in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, with minimum 20 years of petroleum industry experience, including at least 10 years in developing, leading, implementing and sustaining Process Safety and Risk Management programmes. Strong exposure to PSM, HAZOP, MOC/PSSR, SIL, RCA, technical integrity and oil & gas/process plant operations is required.
4. Quality & Management Systems Engineer | EPCL: Engineering degree/diploma, preferably Chemical Engineering, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the processing industry. Strong exposure to HSEQ/management systems, ISO standards, audits, controlled documentation and performance reporting is required. ISO Lead Auditor certification or equivalent would be an advantage.
