The successful candidate will provide strategic support to the business in the design, development and delivery of business critical operational training solutions aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.
In this role, you will:
Deliver operational and regulatory training related to cargo operations and dangerous goods to ensure business units meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
Deliver a learning experience which meets Emirates Group standard as outlined by Learning Experience Standards.
Manage training delivery and assessments in line with Learning and Talent Standards.
Review programs periodically, to ensure that all learning solutions are up-to-date and all updates from the business are implemented.
Maintain subject matter expertise through consistent engagement with relevant business units.
Update training records to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills.
Deliver training at outstations when required.
Qualification
In order to be considered for the position, you must meet the below requirements:
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience within Training and/or Human Resources.
Hold a minimum of a Bachelors Degree, preferably in a related field.
Experience in a cargo operational training facilitation.
Experience working in a cargo operational field within the last 5 years.
You'll have an edge if you are:

Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity, a strong self-reflector who proactively and constantly seeks growth opportunities.
Strong in relationship management and engagement.

Strong in communication skills, excellent at collaboration and influence.

A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo and analyses data to create meaningful conclusions which will inform the department.
Future-focused with a desire to seek out and recommend opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and innovation in your organisational eco-system.
