Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Leitung der gesamten Buchhaltungsfunktion des Unternehmens in Dubai, einschließlich Rechnungslegung, Buchführung und Finanzberichterstattung
- Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten, Budgets und Prognosen für das Managementteam
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der lokalen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften und -standards
- Vorbereitung und Überwachung des Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlusses
- Verantwortung für die Cashflow-Prognose und Liquiditätsplanung
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von effizienten Buchhaltungsrichtlinien und -verfahren
- Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Buchhaltungsprofis
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Finanzen, Recht und Betrieb, um die finanziellen Ziele des Unternehmens zu erreichen
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, bevorzugt in der Technologiebranche oder im Startup-Umfeld
- Expertise in der Anwendung von Buchhaltungsgrundsätzen und -verfahren sowie Kenntnisse der IFRS
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzdaten zu interpretieren
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. Stripe) sowie fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse
- Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse; und Deutsch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
