Marketing Operation Specialist, Riyadh, KSA

NewEast Isuzu KSA is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operation Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading provider of Isuzu vehicles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers.

Supplier Management:

Communicate with print houses and suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms as necessary.

Event Coordination:

Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external marketing events.

Attend events on-site to oversee implementation and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Project Support:

Support the marketing team with various projects and assignments as directed by the Marketing Manager.

Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members, including graphic designers and digital marketers, to develop cohesive marketing materials and campaigns.

Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to collaborative efforts.

Printing Process Oversight:

Follow up on the printing process to ensure that all printed materials meet specifications and deadlines.

Address any issues that arise during production and coordinate solutions.

Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed to support marketing efforts.

Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining marketing records, tracking budgets, and managing schedules.

Prepare reports on project progress and supplier performance as required.

Adaptability:

Demonstrate flexibility in handling various tasks and responsibilities, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
