We need a Manager Asset Integrity 1
Develop and manage several Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) processes including but not limited to the Assurance process, the Verification Process, the Asset Integrity KPIs process ensuring that the processes are defined, understood, and executed as described in the AIMS for a successful management of major risks in Dolphin Upstream & Downstream.
[Not translated in selected language]1) Manage the development and monitor the execution and performance of the Dolphin upstream & downstream AI assurance scheme. Track the progress and propose remedial action on the basis of actual status versus agreed plans.
2) Develop, implement and lead Asset Integrity (AI) Verification scheme.
3) Organize and plan verification scheme activities that may be done with internal resources at Dolphin or with 3rd party experts.
4) Define and manage contracts with independent 3rd party experts that are involved in the verification activities.
5) Execute effective preparation and completion of work-scopes defined for the AI verification program ensuring its alignment with the AI budget specified for risk management activities.
6) Ensure timely reporting of the results of the AI verification activities and its analysis to sustain a continuous improvement of the AIMS performance.
7) Develop and implement the Asset Integrity KPIs process and ensure timely update of AI KPI dashboard on monthly basis ensuring visibility of the dashboard across the organization.
8) Perform analysis of the AI KPIs and contribute to the analysis of the SECE dashboard to identify and implement improvement of Assurance and verification Schemes.
9) Coordinate with stakeholders the production of Major Risks consolidated Management Plans and track the closure of the decided mitigation and corrective actions for each Major Risks.
11) Participate, when necessary, in critical risk assessment meetings and process safety studies to ensure accuracy of risk assessment of Major Risks.
12) Participate in meetings for downgraded situations, deviations, deferrals, and inhibitions in order to monitor issues in relation with SECEs and Major Risks management. Raise to Director HSE Major Risks & Process Safety any situation prone to be a Major Risks.
13) Support Director HSE Major Risks & Process Safety for the preparation of the Asset Integrity Review Team (AIRT) meeting and Asset Integrity and Major Risks Management Board (AIMRB), in particular for the chapter
relating to Major Risks management, Assurance, Verification and AI KPIs processes.
14) Support the Director HSE Major Risks & Process Safety in preparing the Annual HSE Major Risks & Process Safety Report, in particular for the chapter relating to Major Risks management, Assurance, Verification and AI KPIs processes.
15) Perform duties as required by the Director HSE Major Risks & Process Safety
