Finance Director, Dubai, UAE

We need a Finance Director

Overview:
As a Finance Director at PSdigital, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring financial Stability and driving growth in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making.

Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.

Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, providing regular reports to executive management and stakeholders.

Leading the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Managing cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation, optimizing working capital management.

Overseeing the financial due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to drive financial efficiency and productivity.

Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.

Managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and investors.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is preferred.

Proven experience as a Finance Director, preferably in the Media & Advertising industry.

Strong understanding of financial management principles and best practices.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and draw

impactful insights.

In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business valuation.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Preferred candidates with service experience Corporates or same company field
