Assistant Project Manager
Support project delivery in industrial and factory environments, assisting Project Managers with construction supervision, coordination, and execution. This role requires a mechanical engineering background and hands-on construction experience to ensure successful project completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and work plans

Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction activities and verify compliance with specifications

Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project momentum

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and change orders

Support procurement, budget tracking, and cost control activities

Identify and resolve day-to-day issues while escalating risks to Project Manager

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline preferred

3 years of construction supervision experience required

Industrial or factory environment experience highly desirable

Strong understanding of construction methods and mechanical installations

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office

Team-oriented with problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
