HR Specialist (Contract), Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We're looking for someone who has the mindset of an HR Business Partner but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves for the operational legwork — think payroll, end-of-service calculations, document coordination, system management, and everything in between.

You'll be embedded within a dynamic HR team, reporting to the Site HR Lead, and working across multiple HR disciplines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading payroll administration, final settlements & end-of-service processing

Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts & renewals

Handling leave management, benefits administration & HR system maintenance (Workday experience is a plus)

Supporting immigration administration (JAFZA or mainland portal experience valued)

Coordinating with people services teams and third-party providers

Preparing HR reports, presentations & org charts

Contributing to HR transformation initiatives — exposure to Power BI / digital tools is a bonus

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

6+ years of HR experience in a large multinational company

Experience working within JAFZA or with mainland immigration portals

Analytically minded — able to solve complex HR problems independently

Proficiency in MS Office suite & HRMS platforms (Workday preferred)

Excellent English communication skills, written & verbal

Comfortable working in a matrixed, multicultural environment

Immediate availability preferred
