WHO YOU ARE
You read the law itself, not somebody's summary of it.You notice the one clause that is different from the last version.You write so a non-lawyer understands the contract they are signing.You use AI every day already. Not as a toy. As a tool that makes you faster and sharper.You say plainly when the wording does not do what people think it does. That matters to us more than your GPA.
You graduated this year, or you finish your degree in the next few months.You can start full-time. This is not a part-time internship around a class schedule.Sharp thinking and a real work ethic are non-negotiable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will draft NDAs, engagement letters, and employment agreements from our precedent library.
You will run legal diligence on businesses we are about to buy.
You will redline a counterparty's draft against the form LTV has actually signed before.
You will track changes in UAE employment law and tell us what they mean for our contracts.
You will learn a new country's legal requirements from scratch and brief the team.
You will rewrite legal jargon into language an intern can understand and still rely on.
You will log every clause a counterparty pushes back on, round by round.
You will sit in live negotiations and watch which positions hold.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
Real work from day one. The agreements you draft get signed and govern real money.
Drafting judgement no textbook teaches. You will learn which form LTV has actually signed, and which form loses.
Cross-border exposure most juniors wait years for. Four continents, and the same clause behaves differently in each.
A seat in live negotiations. You will watch positions hold or fall, then log why.
AI fluency in legal work, while most firms are still writing policies about it.
Direct access to the founders. No partner hierarchy. Your draft goes straight to the people deciding.
Speed. You will see more agreements in a few months here than a trainee sees in two years at a firm.

If the CV is not made as per the RULES of the ATS, the information will get messed up in the database. In the image below, 'PMP' has gone into the 'Mobile Number' column. The Mobile Number '052 1234567' has gone into the 'Main Skill' column.
So a recruiter searching for a candidate with PMP certification, will never find this person, in spite of his 'CV information' existing in the database...
...And, he will wonder why he gets rejected in spite of being a PERFECT MATCH for the Job.
