Responsibilities:
We are recruiting for our Tamheer opportunities at our Riyadh office and are looking for a Business Administration graduate to join the Facility Management & Administration Division, where they will receive training in:
  • Maintaining MIS and records for travel bookings, ticketing, vehicle leases and rentals.
  • Managing inventory records for stationery, PPE, first-aid, pantry and waste-management supplies.
  • Supporting visitor and courier management, including record keeping and reporting.
  • Assisting with data tracking, reporting, and day-to-day administrative coordination.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this exciting Internship/Tamheer opportunity in Riyadh, we are looking for graduates who hold a degree in Business Administration and meet the following requirements:
  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • For Co-op and Internship placements, applicants must be graduates or have been unemployed for more than 6 months.
  • Must currently reside in Riyadh and be available to work in Riyadh for the duration of the program (4 months).
  • Strong communication skills in English are required.

Applicant Tracking System or "ATS", is the software that 'READS' your CV and stores this information in a database. Like this:

If the CV is not made as per the RULES of the ATS, the information will get messed up in the database. In the image below, 'PMP' has gone into the 'Mobile Number' column. The Mobile Number '052 1234567' has gone into the 'Main Skill' column.

So a recruiter searching for a candidate with PMP certification, will never find this person, in spite of his 'CV information' existing in the database...
