Job Description:
We are hiring a Admin Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Experience: 1–2 years

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities
 Maintain and update financial and administrative records
 Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic accounting documents
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
 Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel
Assist with reconciliations and general accounting tasks
 Handle filing, documentation, and other administrative duties
 Support the team with daily office and accounting requirements
Requirements:

 Bachelor degree in accounting or,Commerce, Finance, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
UAE experience is preferred
 Candidates who can join immediately are preferred

Applicant Tracking System or "ATS", is the software that 'READS' your CV and stores this information in a database. Like this:

If the CV is not made as per the RULES of the ATS, the information will get messed up in the database. In the image below, 'PMP' has gone into the 'Mobile Number' column. The Mobile Number '052 1234567' has gone into the 'Main Skill' column.
