We are seeking a talented Senior Flutter Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling high-performance mobile applications from the ground up. In this role, you will have the architectural autonomy to drive innovation, mentor rising talent, and directly impact the evolution of our core platform components. What You Will Do
Architect & Scale: Develop, optimize, and elevate crucial components of our mobile platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Drive Engineering Excellence: Champion testability across the codebase and actively participate in architecture-level decision-making.

Collaborate & Plan: Engage deeply in technical grooming, sprint planning, and estimation sessions to align engineering efforts with product goals.

Innovate: Introduce fresh, forward-thinking ideas to improve engineering processes, workflows, and overall product quality.

Mentor & Lead: Coach and upskill Junior and Middle team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning through constructive code reviews.

Document: Support and improve comprehensive product documentation to ensure seamless team alignment and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring
Mobile Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on mobile development experience (Android or iOS), with at least 2+ years of dedicated Flutter development and a proven track record of launching apps in the App Store or Google Play.

Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Dart (including Dart streams / RxDart) and a solid command of OOP and SOLID principles.

Architectural Mastery: Strong foundational knowledge of mobile architecture principles, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.

Nice to Have:
Experience with native technologies (Kotlin, Java, or Swift).

Familiarity with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Hands-on experience with Unit and Functional testing for mobile applications.
