About the role
To manage and grow our QSR business in Saudi Arabia by serving as the primary commercial contact for local stakeholders, driving profitable growth, executing account strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring excellent customer service and project delivery.
Key responsibilities
Account Management & Business Growth:
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with our Key QSR stakeholders in KSA.
- Execute the regional account strategy locally and align with GCC objectives.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth, menu innovation, and value creation.
- Deliver revenue, margin, and volume targets for the account.
- Develop annual business plans and customer growth strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers across procurement, marketing, operations, and product development.
- Act as the trusted advisor for customer needs and business challenges.
- Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Innovation & Project Management:
- Partner with R&D, Culinary, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver successful product launches.
- Manage customer project pipelines and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate new product development and commercialization activities.
Commercial Management:
- Prepare customer quotations, pricing recommendations, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor profitability and recommend actions to improve account performance.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and budget management.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Coordinate internal resources across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Finance.
- Ensure customer requirements are communicated effectively across the organization.
- Lead issue resolution and customer service excellence initiatives.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor QSR and foodservice trends in Saudi Arabia.
- Track competitor activities and customer developments.
- Translate market insights into actionable business opportunities.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Foodservice, QSR, or FMCG.
- Experience managing large multinational chain accounts preferred.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi foodservice and QSR market.
- Fluent English and Arabic
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with major QSR chains.
- Food ingredients, flavor, seasoning, beverage, or food manufacturing background.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and innovation pipelines.
- Strong financial acumen and business planning capability.
