About The Role
The Junior Analytics Analyst is a central part of our research and advisory process. In this position, you provide the grounded data and logical reasoning that our senior consultants use to advise clients. This role is not about simple data entry: it is about understanding why companies make certain choices and how those choices fit into the wider regional economy. You will spend your time looking for specific pieces of information that help us build a complete picture of a commercial situation.
Success in this position comes down to your ability to think through a problem and present your findings without unnecessary complexity. You will be helping us read the room by looking at how various entities in the region behave. This involves understanding the logic behind a partnership or the sequence of a regulatory change. Because our team is small, even as a junior member, your research will have a visible influence on the briefs we prepare for senior leaders and regional investors.
What You Will Do
Researching the activities of regional counterparties to identify their typical commercial behaviors and preferences.
Mapping the regulatory steps required for market entry or expansion across different jurisdictions in the Gulf.
Organizing raw information into concise internal briefs that focus on logic and evidence.
Monitoring regional news and commercial announcements to identify shifts in the economic environment.
Checking the accuracy of figures and data points in internal documents to ensure high standards of precision.
Synthesizing info from multiple sources to create clear timelines of commercial events and partnerships.
Assisting senior team members with ad hoc research requests during active client engagements.
Maintaining internal databases to ensure all regional market data is current and accessible to the team.

A demonstrated ability to write clearly and logically using plain English.
High attention to detail and a commitment to verifying facts and figures.
A genuine interest in the economics and commercial dynamics of the Gulf region.
The ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a consistent output.
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and tools used for data organization.
A mindset that prioritizes direct reasoning and outcome-focused research.
Strong reading comprehension skills and the ability to summarize complex information accurately.
A professional and discreet approach to sensitive commercial information.
