Job Title: English Specialist
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Remote
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze and evaluate English language content for accuracy, consistency, and naturalness.
2. Develop, curate, and refine text datasets to enhance the linguistic capabilities of AI models.
3. Collaborate with AI trainers and engineers to provide expert feedback on language use, grammar, and context.
4. Design tasks and guidelines for language annotation, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
5. Create written resources and best practice documentation for linguistic training.
6. Participate in team discussions to identify language-related challenges and propose effective solutions.
7. Proofread, edit, and optimize written materials to meet high communication standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. C1 level English proficiency or native speaker with exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
2. Degree in English, linguistics, or a related field.
3. Proven experience in language editing, content creation, or linguistic analysis.
4. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to linguistic detail.
5. Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative team environment.
6. Passion for language, communication, and innovative technology.
7. Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal English communication.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience training or evaluating AI language models.
2. Familiarity with annotation tools and linguistic datasets.
3. Background in language education, translation, or computational linguistics.
