Overview Of The Role:

The Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative for the HINO Trucks Division is responsible for driving sales growth by actively seeking and engaging with prospective customers. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and consultative selling practices. Success in this position requires strong product knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

Sales and Revenue Growth

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability by focusing on net sales and gross margin earnings.

Utilize discounts effectively as a tool to close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Customer Engagement

Contact prospective customers and manage assigned accounts within the designated territory.

Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements, ensure satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships.

Qualify customers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching them to appropriate models.

Product Demonstration

Demonstrate trucks by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, offering test drives, and explaining warranties and services.

Administrative Responsibilities

Write sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork in line with established business policies.

Provide sales management with information by completing reports.

Ensure that monthly overdue payments are within the agreed target.

Professional Development

Attend all sales meetings, modular training sessions, and refresher courses to stay informed about new products.

Communicate with the Sales Manager or Branch Manager regarding any additional training requirements.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Solid time management and analytical skills.

Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

3+ years of experience in a Commercial Vehicle sales role at a dealership.

Mandatory experience in light, medium, and heavy-duty truck sales in UAE.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience with commercial truck sales or truck equipment sales preferred.

Valid UAE driving license.

Experience within UAE.

Summary

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To ensure all F&B Operating Equipment and kitchen equipment are maintained in excellent condition.

Leadership

Build teamwork and enhance the team’s commitment to their work and the hotel.

Delegate appropriate responsibility to others based on their ability whilst ensuring they have sufficient authority and resources.

Achieve a record of success in recruiting, interviewing and hiring people.(“Getting the right person in the right job”)

Communicate the vision and brand personality to the team and ensure it is integrated in the department’s business practices.

Actively and successfully train people for current assignments and future growth.

Set and communicate high performance standards.

Technical Expertise

Supervise the function of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operation and costs

Control on an on-going basis, the following:
- Quality levels of product and service
- Guest satisfaction
- Operating Cost
- Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene

Coordinate with the Executive Chef and Purchasing Manager in establishing minimum and maximum operating par stocks and supplies

Approve storeroom requisitions

Keep up-to-date records which include, but not limited to, the following:
- Specification
- Cost
- Breakage
- Par stock

Implement the hotel sanitation checklist as defined in the food and beverage department budget and goals

Schedule preventative maintenance work and coordinate with engineering

Qualifications

Proven experience in Kitchen and Stewarding operations with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
Ability to identify creative solutions and provide practical recommendations.
High level of personal integrity and professionalism.

Job Summary
The Associate Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing Priority Banking and Personal Banking client relationships by understanding client needs and providing appropriate banking, wealth, and lending solutions. The role focuses on driving profitable portfolio growth through new client acquisition, relationship deepening, cross-selling, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Drive the Affluent Banking strategy by achieving Net Sales Revenue (NSR) targets while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and risk standards.

Increase client share of wallet by promoting Wealth Management (WM), retail banking, lending, and deposit products.

Retain and grow high-value client portfolios while converting service recovery opportunities into long-term client loyalty.
