The Opportunity: 

As a Manager - Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement innovative solutions to solve complex business problems for our clients. You will work closely with the sales, partners, product, and technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technologies and solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Functional 

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and solutions, and to provide presale support, such as preparing high-quality slides, demonstrations, designing business storyline, conducting market research and so on. 

Work closely with clients to identify their needs and challenges and design effective solutions using in-house or partners’ products or services. 

Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers. 

Develop and propose detailed solution architectures that meet customer requirements. 

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that solutions are viable and can be implemented as proposed. 

Provide technical support and guidance during the pre-sales process, including preparing technical responses to RFPs and RFIs. 

Act as a liaison between the customer, sales, and technical teams during the implementation of the solution. 

Enhance the partner ecosystem by connecting renowned technical companies or solutions aligned with Presight strategic approach. 

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive products to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive. 

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company, network with industry professionals, and promote our solutions. 

Provide feedback from field experience to internal cross-functional teams with regard to product, selling, competitive, etc. matters. 

Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.  

 

Qualifications:  
 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management or a related field. 

Master’s degree preferred.  
 
 

Experience:  
 

7+ years of demonstrated experience as a Solutions Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales/Pre-sales Engineer, or a comparable role in a tech company within the domains of Government, Enterprise, Finance, Energy, or Utilities.  
 
 

Skills:  
 

Strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of various software, hardware, and networking systems. 

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for clients. 

Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams. 

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction. 

Willingness to travel as required.
